Poor customer service.
All staff were very brusque when they dealt with us. It seemed they didn’t really want to working the bank holiday. Firstly there was a mix up over the rooms which admittedly wasn’t totally their faul...
Weekend Trip
The hotel was good but the golf courses was in very poor condition, but it has rained for quite a while leading up to this, but some of the fair looked as though it hadn’t been cut this side of Christ...
Not impressed
Not impressed. No phone in room to call reception when electricity went out. Their response was everyone has mobile phones these days! No lift to room on first floor so tiring for us to go up and down...
