Xi'an in my mind is a gastronomic capital of the East. And this is not mere assertion but the fact came from history of the city as a start point of the famous Silk Road and first cosmopolitan multicultural city in the world. The merchants and warriors from different lands brough their culinary habits here. Today we can find a perfect example and a story taking a step inside of this Indian Restaurant. The food is cooked by professionals and restaurant belongs to the Indian guys. The variety of tastes all across the India is represented there. From delicious samosas to the different curries and soups. Spicy, fragrant, bright, joyful and wondering, this is how I can describe my impression of amazing dishes I have tasted there.
