This is the artificial beach park in Fukuoka, Seaside Momochi Beach Park. Since Momochi Beach is right across from Fukuoka Tower, I highly recommend visiting both together. The sunset on the beach is beautiful, so I recommend watching it and enjoying the sunset and night view from Fukuoka Tower.
