What travelers say:

Kutul is the Olunchun language, meaning "blessed and auspicious place". Kutulqi Square was built in July 2006 and is the core link of the Ali River tourist attraction chain, the capital of Olunchun Autonomous Banner. It includes four components: the East Gate Arch, the totem pole, the statue of Anil, and the relief wall. The center of the square can light a bonfire. On the side of the more than 500 meters road from the square to the Olunchun Folk Village, there are several statues of the Olunchun people hunting and fishing life. On the left is Gaxian Lake, and on the right there is a monument to the victory of the United Resistance War.
