The central public hall was the last attraction I checked in in Osaka. My friend worked in Osaka. As the host, I played four cities and more than a dozen attractions in Kansai. The Central Public Hall was the last stop.

It is next to the Nakanoshima City Hall in Osaka. This public hall is a bit like a citizen hall. Anyone can enter and exit at will and can visit. Both individuals and units can rent the venues for activities. When we went there, we saw that a unit was engaged in an activity in an innovative city, and many people gathered there. The hall is an ancient building with the characteristics of Western-style architecture, it is worthwhile to go in and take a look.
Osaka is a city where Eastern and Western civilizations blend. Many places in this city show its Shanghai style culture. This central public hall is in Nakanoshima Park. The buildings inside are very beautiful. During the New Year, there will be a lantern show here, which is very nice!
This is a concert hall that I like very much. You will appreciate how Japan preserves buildings that are worth saving. The weather today is good, and this is another attraction I always wanted to visit, and I feel so good.
This Central Hall is a place where you can take beautiful photo and selfie. The architecture design is really awesome.

A grand building near Yodoyabashi building, next to a river. Morning is a good time to take photographs. Walk around the area to see the City Hall and High & District Court buildings as well.
The City Hall is even more impressive inside, with a plush main auditorium, and vaulted painted ceilings, wall paintings and stained glass windows. Very nice place to have a conference.
It is a beautiful old building by the river and the afternoon I visited the roads had been closed and market stalls set up. It does seem a bit incongrous among the skyscrapers.
