Guming Village is located in Shanglin County, Nanning City, Guangxi Province. It is located in the Daming Mountains and has a beautiful environment. It is an ancient Zhuang village, and most of the dwellings are relatively well preserved. There used to be a temple on the back mountain. There was a big stone in front of the temple. If you hit it with a wooden stick, there would be a sound of "dong, dong, dong", like the sound of drums, hence the name of Guming Village.
