The planning and design mainly reflect the solemn and heavy feeling of the square; the central theme sculpture of the square symbolizes the splendid and long history and culture of Dezhou; the wide square around the sculpture provides people with leisure, tourism, The place for entertainment and gathering also shows the grand momentum of the square; the two sides of the square are designed as tree array squares, the green space at the four corners of the square provides a pleasant leisure space for tourists, and the large waterfront steps on the side of the canal open to the water surface, combining with the canal The wharf not only connects the canal waterway for sightseeing, but also allows the audience to watch water performances.
