Originally, it was the place where another temple was located (the site of the relocated Takishoji Temple). It is a place with a great history from the beginning, but the current temple itself is very new as a temple built in Meiji ３９ and １９０６ years. It is a temple of the Tenryuji school of the Rinzai sect, which is called the mountain name Daimaruyama, and the principal image is the eleven-faced Kanzeon Bodhisattva.
