We came for one night to shop Costco Windsor and then head back to the US. Location was convenient, hotel was quiet, Not many people were checked in the night we were there. Check in was fast and convenient. The only downside was there was no elevator so we had to walk upstairs to our room with all of our luggage. When we got there, the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was pretty basic. We had toast with peanut butter and jelly, always a safe option. The best part of this hotel is that it is located immediately next door to Tim Hortons. Price was good and I totally would stay here again when I need to come back to shop Costco again.

I was more disappointed than I expected. There's no separation for men and women; it's all one space divided into small cubicles with beds. Even the doors are just curtains, so there's a lack of security. And of course, it's not soundproof. If this is what a capsule hotel is like, I'd rather go to a hostel.
My friend and I were passing through and needed something at the last minute. We were so happy to find this deal. We each got our own space and own beds. The place was very clean and quiet, and it was neat to be near a forested area.
There's no TV or microwave, but there is a full-size fridge, full bathroom, AC.
Sid, was extremely accomodating and understanding of our needs.
We were two couples that were spending the night in Gananoque and we were both very surprised at our accomodations. The rooms were very spacious and clean even right down to the shampoo and creams as they weren't the cheap stuff that you usually get in a hotel and what they had was Dove. We had adjoing rooms which was a pleasant surprise.
I would highly recommend to anybody that this place is one of the best places I have stayed at.
The food was very good and they had a great selection for a continental breakfast.
2 days no cleaning. They were supposed to come in the morning even when I was not there. But when I came back around 2pm things were the same, no cleaning.
This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!
It has been two months since I flew to Toronto from Hong Kong. This is the sixth hotel I have stayed at. The location is very good and the service is very good. The two of us stayed in two rooms, one standard room and one single room, one for five days and one for seven days. It's not expensive and the environment is good. The room is clean but there is no breakfast. We made several reservations because we were afraid of not being able to cancel. But after staying for two days, I thought it was good so I continued to place orders. The price/performance ratio is good. I will recommend it to friends and relatives in the area.

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were given a room at the end of hallway so it’s pretty quite. Room is clean. Breakfast could have more choices.
The location is very good, although the facilities are old but very clean.

Very Good
GGuest UserArrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.
HHenryW9My gf and I recently stayed to attend the Russell Peters show at Casino Rama and overall had a great experience.
Positives: affordable, quick and easy check-in, comfortable bed, friendly and welcoming owner/manager, good location between Orillia downtown & Casino Rama, a short 10–15 minute drive either way.
Negatives: the noise - bad sound isolation between neighbors, water heater, fridge, etc. The location can be a negative: it’s quiet and away from the crowds, which is nice if you’re looking for peace, but it also means you’re further from amenities like grocery stores and restaurants.
Overall: If you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable stay with a friendly host, and don’t mind some noise or being a short drive from town conveniences, this inn is a solid choice - especially if you’re heading to Casino Rama for a show.
RRoaming DogIf you’re on your way to Manitoulin Island, this hotel is a good base. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the island. There are a few chain restaurants nearby and a grocery store.
The hotel staff are courteous and helpful and had me checked-in in a matter of minutes. Checking out of the hotel you just leave your keys in the room and off you go.
There is ample parking in the front and rear of the hotel and is monitored with cctv cameras. You can also just look out of your hotel room window and see your car if you’re worried about theft.
I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfy and quiet night of rest.
GGuest UserHad an interesting time checking in and out. There attendant was nice but was kind of prejudice and scared of my service dog and worried about what she would do to the room. After that we had a good stay. I did find the washroom wasnt the cleanest and the already renovated motel had issues ie. A broken towel holder with a hole in the wall. AC was wonderful for the heat though and bed was OK. Was quiet and in a good place outside of town. However the shades did not darken the room enough for me and it was easy to hear goings on (employees) in other rooms.
GGuest UserWOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!
GGuest UserThe hotel was overpriced and we were charged a resort fee, but there were no amenities, not even a pool or a fitness centre. The staff were great and the furniture was modern and interesting, but the room was small, the toiletries seemed random, there was no housekeeping, and it seemed like we were the only guests one of the nights. The front desk could not provide a bill when we checked out. All in all it was a bizarre stay.
GGuest UserWhere I needed it to be on my way from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island.
Absolutely clean. Another reviewer was right, the pillows and bed was fantastic. Don't know that I even turned over while I slept for nine hours through the night. The room had everything I needed. I liked it so much I extended my stay! My only regret was that their restaurant hadn't opened for the season yet.
GGuest UserLocation was great! Service was good. After driving 15 hours, we would have preferred to see a room where we didn’t have to spend time cleaning the spiders, bugs and webs before settling in. Unfortunately, the photos on the site did not represent the room that we got.
GGuest UserThis is our go to place when in Pembroke. This is our fourth stay and we love it! The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is helpful and wonderful. Everything is close...mall, food store, tim Hortons, gambling hall... We definitely stay here every trip.
GGuest UserFriendly staff. Very accommodating. Quite. Absolutely beautiful landscape. Close to restaurants, grocery, Tim Hortons. Love the kitchenette. Price is very reasonable. Thank you so much.
