Booked on the during midweek off peak season. Booking confirmed straightaway and they even upgraded our room! Clean and very warm we had to open the windows and use the fan provided. Strong hot shower. Breakfast was simple but enough. Parking is free between 1600H-1000H off street (all around Llandudno I believe so it was convenient). After waking up before breakfast, we went on a stroll along the promenade and up the Happy Valley.

Super! Great location, only minutes of walk to the train station and the beautiful beach (kids could literally spend a whole day there), nice food and great staff! Peter was very so kind, helping to solve our problem which was our fault in the first place. Our triple room was not new but spacious and very clean, just feels like home. Strongly recommended!

Close to everything but hot it’s not updated no lift. Location is the very best but place needed more updates.

I had a great stay at Base Camp! It’s nice, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well laid out for guests’ convenience. The check-in and check-out process was super organized, even without staff present. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy place to enjoy a relaxed holiday!

Location is very good and in high privacy setting. It is just a few minutes walking distance to a beach and train station, and also in a short driving distance to Tesco superstore.
