The room was clean and included a refrigerator, though there wasn't a kettle; however, hot water was available at the front desk. The location is convenient and not far from the city center. Unfortunately, one of the staff members at the desk was quite grumpy.

Terrace is awesome, staff friendly. Vacak the cat is awesome too. This hostel is a great option to spend some time on the island, had a good night sleep and it was clean. Often though staff can be missing from the reception during the stated reception hours, and nearby is more of a party scene with few quality dining options. The 400ft Costa coffee capsules aren't exactly good either, so there is some space for improvement compared to some of the newer hostels in town.

Excellent..Fantastic..everything perfect, the facilities , the food, and the wonderful and genuinely helpful staff. Staffed around the clock , with refreshments available at any time , and very welcoming on returning at night. Classified as Hostel but in my opinion it’s a beautiful different type of hotel., catering for teenagers or retirees, without over elaborating.  Location perfect, less than 5 mins from Metro , 10 mins bars and restaurants..everything else within easy reach eg tour buses etc… Truly great advert for the hospitality and friendliness of Budapest. Thank you so much for a most enjoyable stay, and especially over Christmas period, ( when a lessor level of service could be excusable.

MP Hostel Budapest was absolutely the most pleasant surprise of my Europe trip! The hostel boasts a prime downtown location, just a 6-minute walk from Blaha Lujza tér metro station. It's surrounded by trendy restaurants, ruin bars, and attractions, making both transportation and nightlife incredibly convenient. While it's a hostel, the rooms are clean and tidy, each with its own private bathroom. The beds are comfortable and offer good privacy, so you won't be disturbed even when sharing a room with others. The front desk service is attentive and thoughtful, available 24/7 to answer questions, and they also offer free luggage storage and city maps. The common areas include a shared kitchen and a bar, perfect for meeting backpackers from all over the world in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I especially want to highlight its excellent value for money; you get the convenience and comfort of a city center location at a low price, which is perfect for budget travelers. Whether you're exploring Budapest's historical sites or experiencing its nightlife, this is an ideal base. Highly recommended for all backpackers! The Budapest Opera House is also highly recommended, and I hope you have a wonderful trip! I wish the hostel great success!

It went really well. We arrived in the afternoon and checked in. They were very kind on our last day, holding our luggage for free until we left. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom had everything (even soap). Perhaps the only downside was that there was only one towel per person, which was a bit inconvenient for washing your hair.

Great Spot for Travelers — Just Be Mindful of Dorm Life I stayed here during my trip and really loved the location — super central and easy to get around. The staff were welcoming and the place was clean, which I really appreciated after long days of exploring. The only downside was the shared dorm experience. One guest came back very late, turned on the lights, talked loudly on the phone, and unfortunately got sick in the bathroom. It made it a bit hard to get proper rest. Still, the hostel itself is great. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer quiet nights, a private room might be worth considering!

The hostel has curtains for privacy, the bed is a good size with a convenient shelf next to it, and there's a locker available. I really appreciate that the bathroom isn't in the room. This is definitely one of the top hostels I've stayed at in Europe, and it's not expensive either. The location is excellent; it's about a ten-minute walk from the 100E airport express bus stop, and you can easily walk to the boat pier and the free market from here.

@@travel_with_the_sunI had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and check-in is quick. Rooms & bathrooms are very clean. Housekeeping is doing a good job. The internet speed is very satisfying. I enjoy the kitchen, which offers plenty of space, well equipped and it even has an oven. I stayed there several times and like it very much. Location is also great, very central and you have all you need just nearby (supermarket, restaurants, snacks/fast-food...) There could be some more activities initiated by the hostel to get people connected. Like cooking, boardgame night, etc...There is a WhatsApp Group, but at the moment I joined the group there were no activities/ chats in the 5 days I've been there.

GGuest UserCheck-in convenience: 24-hour front desk is very convenient. Safety: High security. Facilities: Well-equipped, with a bar and microwave on the first floor. Cleanliness: Seems like they change the linens regularly. Environment: Very good, lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. Service: Patient and enthusiastic ❤️ English communication is not a problem.

CCabbiehkI recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. This hostel strikes a perfect balance between functionality, cleanliness, and location. Location & Accessibility The location is a major highlight. It is exceptionally well-connected to the city’s transport network, with trams, metro lines, and buses all within easy reach. Getting around the city was seamless. Additionally, the surrounding area is vibrant and packed with dining options, especially if you are a fan of brunch spots. Facilities & Room Features The hostel is incredibly well-organized. One of the best features is the storage Big Lockers:There is more than enough space to securely store large suitcases, which is often a rarity in hostels. Cleanliness:The shared bathrooms were consistently clean. Amenities: I appreciated the inclusion of shower gel and the availability of hair dryers, making the stay much more comfortable They also provide ear plugs at the corridor to ensure a good sleep. . Food & Social Atmosphere There is an on-site bar that serves as a great social hub. They provide a solid breakfast to start your day and offer a good selection of beer in the evenings. It’s a convenient spot to relax without having to head back out after a long day of sightseeing. This hostel is definitely value for money.. If you're looking for an organized, clean, and perfectly situated base for your travels, I highly recommend it.

LLili_NA very atmospheric hotel, which is located on the 2nd floor (by button in the elevator) of a residential building. The entrance is from the main road, almost at the corner of the house, there is a huge beautiful door with a Leo Boutique sign, you need to press 58. The room is small, but cozy and the high ceilings with a view from the window are a big plus, it was also nice to get from the hotel a compliment in the form of a bottle of sparkling wine, which is very useful after a flight. Nice girl at the reception. Ideal location!!! Within a 5-15 minute walk are the main attractions and all kinds of cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops. From the Astoria stop, where bus 103 from the airport stops, it’s a 5-minute walk; the sightseeing tour bus also stops there. I definitely recommend the hotel. I will definitely stay here on my next trip!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, with bus and subway stations just outside, and a fast food supermarket downstairs. The service at the front desk was very good, thanks to Adam and Khalil, who were very friendly and tried their best to meet my needs. Especially Adam, when I couldn't find the entrance, he left the front desk to find me and take me into the hotel; I didn't bring a lock, so I put my luggage in the luggage room, and I went to get my belongings many times to ask him to help open the door, and he was not impatient at all.
