No hot water, the AC is shouting like a rocket, owner's quarrel with a traveler wakened all guests at midnight. This is still one of the few available places for low-budget travellers, but I will not visit again as long as I have any other options.
The hotel is part of a large complex. While the renovation is not yet fully completed, everything already looks very good. The location is excellent — just 100 meters from the Jaffa Gate. One of the highlights is the rooftop, which offers a beautiful view of the Old City, especially in the evening. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is varied and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is small but very convenient for both location and accommodation. From Jerusalem Station to it to go 4 stops by bus #18. From the hotel to the Old City on foot – 7-10 minutes, to Jaffa Street with its cafe and shops – minute.
The rooms are small, there are even capsules, but we had a room on three, with a two-storey bed. However, the bottom was not quite a bed – a layout sofa that saw the views. Before him – a big TV with YouTube, we watched it lying without collecting the sofa, because they were afraid that we would not dismantle then for sleep.
Since the hotel is located in the basement floor of the building, the window was small and dirty, exclusively for ventilation. The room has a air conditioner, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another couch, a low table, a shower, several lighting options. The closet is not, only hanging, so things are hard to fold, but we coped.
The hotel has a kitchen with microwave, stove, dispenser with hot and cold water, tables and chairs – is tight, but it is possible to accommodate. The floor below – Sports hall. There is a small corner with tables and chairs on the fresh air. Comfortably, a lot of modern paintings. Exchange towels at first request. Recommended for tourists who are more interesting outside than inside.

A simple hotel in excellent location. The situation is old, but everything is pretty clean.
There is not enough shelves in the soul where hygiene facilities can be put, but with such low cost and location - all the shortcomings are not substantial.
P.S. Well, perhaps except one - I arrived at the beginning of Shabat and there was no toilet paper in the room, as was the administrator behind the counter. I got out of the position - under the hand was a printed hotel voucher, but better without such surprises)
The hotel room was small and honestly a little too cramped for two people. There wasn’t any space to open up luggages and the interior looks tacky. The lobby is nice but the lift has a weird design where it doesn’t arrive at your floor. Also, quite importantly there isn’t a bomb shelter in this hotel.

RreginstravelsLocation is great. Near the tram station and old city. Clean rooms. Bathroom needs improvement a bit in terms of amenities.

GGuest UserThe noise from the street is relatively loud, but for those who sleep better, the price/performance ratio is good: only by the Church of the Ascension, one minute away is the Church of the Lord's Prayer; it is only four or five minutes away from the important viewing platform of the Mount of Olives.
KkoshiroIt seems that it was a self check-in, but no such information was sent, in that case it is recommended to contact the hotel by whatsapp.
I was helped by a couple passing by.
Not recommended for inexperienced travelers.
The room itself was perfectly fine.
