Property's location is wonderful, all the important things are nearby. Lots of places for good and delicious food. Amenities they are providing is truly value for worth. Daily room cleaning, changing of towels etc. Power back up no power cut off. I think cheap and best place for stay. Staff is very humble and always ready for the instructions. If i ask them any thing extra they have a quick response. Meal is super delicious.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)

The hotel is at convenient location near railway station and neat and clean. Only complain is that I had paid for breakfast and had my train at 6.55am. I had requested to arrange bread butter previous night but next day morning they couldn't give it. Other wise hotel is pretty neat and clean and staff are good.

Pros: location is center of city, just beside mg main road hygiene - room and toilet cleanliness is very good food - available on order. I just had a buttermilk and it was good. The caretakers and owner are responsive and helpful. I had booked for 3 days and wanted to cancel last day since i had finished my work. Owner and makemytrip agreed to give partial refund. Cons: 1. No lift, it is on the second and third floor. The building outside and entrance are not very good looking. 2. The signboard is very small, difficult to see from road. But google location is correct. 3. Room can have more brighter lighting suitable for work/ read 4. Room can have a table
