This canvas hotel use to be my favourite I have no complain but this time I need to said something. This time I was with my aunt who back from California for vacation. The room they stay in is not clean they found hair at the toilet , floor and bed the reason the gave is part time staff who do the cleaning. Is ok we accept than they change the room for them but the second room is cover with grey dust at the table and bed and we ask they said sorry this might be is because before the refrigerator explode . Last is the fourth rooms is the only satisfy with the cleanliness this already like 45 min. I need as so embarrassed so the canvas management please take note hopefully next time I stay it getting better

Best for a one night stay. The hotel is located around 20 mins away from KLIA2 there's not many people around there but still okay. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the towels had the smell lingered to it. I didn't stay a night, I only had booked for a place to rest and put down my bags. Overall cheap, but not so great if you're thinking of staying more than a day or two.

normal room and nice price room size is enough for two people got many parking place And the parking lot is safe because it near the road Front desk is open all the time So u can check in easier The room is quiet enough for sleeping

Good place for short stays. Have visited this hotel a few times and finally made a booking on Trip for the discounts offered. While the room may be small but it is clean and has a cozy bed. Toilet is clean as well.

Although it is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Batu Caves, this is the only sensible hotel that I found online possibly closest to the caves. The area is silent. The staff is quite professional, and the lady named Shasi at the reception is a joyful being of Tamil descent to have a good conversation on travelling experiences. The room & washroom is just about ok for price. AC was super chill. Not a stylish hotel, looks like old school, but overall good enough if only important things matter to you as a ”traveller” than visual luxury expected by typical ”tourists”. Dont forget to bring 25 Ringets in cash (20 for refundable deposit and 5 for govt tax).

Surprisingly, the suite was *so* spacious—like wow. And having our suite connected to my dad’s room made everything so convenient, just moving in and out easily without hassle. A few small downsides though: limited tissues, the TV wasn’t working, and the toilet door wouldn’t close properly lol. Location-wise, it’s pretty strategic—just at the end corner, close to Oriental. Security is solid too. My little sister arrived around 2:30am after her shift, and the guard didn’t allow her in without verification, so we had to go down and pick her up. Honestly, that’s reassuring. But I have to say—I *love* the lobby. The blend of British and Malay heritage is so elegant, and the lobby smells sooo nice 😍 Overall, comfy stay with a few quirks—but still a good one ✨

I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free. On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.

It’s a nice place to stay, especially because it is very close to the MRT and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and the design is nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the location is very convenient. Would consider staying here again.

For me I was having so much fun and the place so convenient for solo travel. It so near to a lot of store around too, If you love walking around than you should. The place not that big but comfortable mostly off solo travel like me. This hotel also strategic for my event, it only take a few too ideal live arena. It the best self trip for me, I will come again for sure. It also clean and comfortable. Thank you for all convenient and the staff also friendly. Just one thing, I think a bit confusing, the staff give card and key as well, but card is different room no and can't be use. Thank god, the key work perfectly. If there is no card you can just give key to customer, cause we need to keep both safe and give back before check out, so it kind worried it went forgotten because it not being use. Just that a bit complain I have but overall good service and place.

About a 15 to 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, this hotel is perfect for travelers catching an early flight. There's a water dispenser right outside the room. Plus, it's super convenient with a mall just a 5-minute walk away where you can grab a bite, buy snacks, or exchange money. The check-out process was also very easy.
