The hotel's location is excellent, just across the street from Kingdom Tower. The room amenities were complete, though a bit dated. Unfortunately, there were people drag racing late at night, which disturbed my sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and nutritious options. However, as Ramadan began on February 18th, non-Muslim guests had their breakfast relocated to a different area with fewer choices.
Friendly staff. The accommodation was great. The bathroom was clean, and the lockers were big and had keys. Towels were provided. There was shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper. The kitchen was available for use, and there was a spacious living room to relax in, plus a yard for exercise. Nearby, there's a big supermarket and Al Baik, as well as restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!
Just a bit outside of the centralized Riyadh, but the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel seemed a little older with two separate buildings which was just slightly confusing on which building you are booked at.
1. The price is affordable.
2. The breakfast dish here is incredibly delicious, the best I've had at any hotel! It's tasty and filling!
3. It's very close to Kings Cross, just a short walk away!
Review: 5-Star Comfort with a Small Location Caveat
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city.
What I loved:
Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay.
Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax.
Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples.
The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips.
Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!
Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers.

Great hostel right in the center of Riyadh, which makes everything super accessible to shops, restaurants, and transportation are all just a short walk away. The common kitchen is really convenient, and I love that they offer free drinking water, coffee, and tea anytime.
One thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses, as they’re starting to look a bit old. Replacing them would make the stay even more comfortable.
Special mention to Paul, the supervisor - extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely smart. I even dreaming about hiring him someday to help me build a hostel empire in Europe and the Philippines because he’s really that good at what he does!
Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could be improved. Would definitely stay again!
AAnonymous UserThe staff were friendly and nice. However they were disorganized and couldn't find my booking for ages. In the breakfast they kept coming to check over and over again and I had to show them my app that the breakfast has been paid for which was humiliating. They did this to another guest as well. The breakfast itself was excellent. The room card won't work and was a massive inconvenience but the terrible thing was extreme noise from the surrounding construction. I won't go back for a few years until all the work is complete. Room and bed size was tiny but I didn't mind as I was solo traveling.
HHekaidongThe hotel is located in a residential area, and the surrounding environment is average. There is no toilet paper in the hotel, and you must rinse it with water after putting on the queen size. There are no towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. in the room, so you must bring these toiletries yourself. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle. There is a small convenience store next to it where you can buy food and supplies, including instant noodles.
GGuest UserSuiteSistina Suites isn't just a hotel; it's a perfectly situated, intensely private Roman hideaway. If you're looking for an experience that blends the energy of the Eternal City with the ultimate in personal luxury, look no further. This hotel earns every one of its five stars, primarily for its dual promise of prime location and unparalleled in-room indulgence.
AAhmedReception and check in is fantastic.
Didn't find a towel, but fortunately I had mine with me so I didn't bother to ask whether it's a mistake or intended.
Room is comfortable and clean.
For my visit location was good.
IIbn3ajlanThe value for services is excellent. I took it on a 270-real view of the room.
Available: Microev. Tea. Water. Fridge.
There are towels, champoo, soap, toothbrushes with cane, and also slides, cooking, cooking table and prayer carpets. Unfortunately there's no Fio and all the rooms are lighting.
The reception staff are very collaborative.
The hotel is flawed by its location near road transformations and reforms.
The bedside pillow is very tired of the neck.
