ZZhangpengPatrickBecause we cancelled our trip to the Big Island and decided to have an in-depth tour of Oahu instead, we chose to extend our stay. The surrounding environment is really nice. Ala Moana Beach Park and both sides of the canal are suitable for leisure and exercise. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the balcony of our hotel room. The No. 20 bus at the door goes directly to the airport. We had a great trip!

GGuest UserI was very disappointed when I got to my crappy old room...it was so hot in my room!! The a/c was barely working!! So I called the front desk to switch rooms... luckily she called me back and said she had another room for me... the new room wasn't really any better!! The a/c was in the back corner and still I couldn't feel the a/c!! I actually had to go to the back corner to feel a little air conditioned. We pay a lot of money to stay there and there rooms barely have working air conditioned!! We were very hot the whole time we were there!! So my friends and I will never stay there again!! And we will not recommend Waikiki heritage hotel to anyone!! Good luck...

GGuest UserNot my favorite room. Had to share the bathroom with 8 people. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great. I love how they host events every night and have a gym. They also provide free swimming gears and towels. I made some great connections while staying there. I would go back again.

AAyesha MananThe hotel staffs are kind and professionals. The room is spacious and amenities are nicely done I think. My husband loved their bed linens. The blanket was so soft and comfy. You can walk to Alamoana center, Walmart and Target. We were able to get some snacks at Alamoana food court many times and it was very convenient!

IIRClean and very easy to spend. Free amenities and shampoo and body lotion are also available. No toothbrush is attached, so you need to bring it with you. Please rent a hair dryer at the front desk. The front desk is until 9pm, so you need to take a shower early. The location is great and adult bicycle rental is also free. There is also a pound cake at the front desk and it is very delicious. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and gentle. The breakfast shop below is definitely better to go. It's delicious.

GGuest UserI was a bit skeptical about the feel of the area and the hotel, but everything worked great. The location is perfect and about a five minute walk from the beach. The room was clean when I entered, and set to 61 degrees F. The room looks a bit dated, but the hot water is superb and the bed comfortable. For the price point, this is an amazing value in Waikiki.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in hostel and I definitely want to stay in hostel when I get to come back in Hawaii. They offer so many opportunities to meet people from hostel. The rooftop was great and the restroom was also clean. But the bed was little uncomfortable because I stayed in the top and I could feel every little move from the person staying under.
