The Sanya EDITION

The overall design of The EDITION hotel is quite innovative and refreshing, standing out from traditional hotels. The public areas are spacious, and the night view is stunning, making it perfect for photos. Breakfast is also very rich, and the rooms are excellent in all aspects, with service being quite attentive. If I had to find a drawback, it would be that there are quite a lot of people, and it can be a bit noisy during the day, especially in the afternoon. It seems that some of them are not hotel guests, but rather people who have purchased meal packages to enter.

Carolin, our butler, was incredibly responsive to all our requests. Aside from many broken toys in the kids' club, everything else was really good. Honestly, staying at the Park Hyatt right now, the service feels very cold and impersonal. Moving from The Edition to here was a significant letdown.

Excellent! The room was incredibly spacious and the view was fantastic. You could tell the hotel was really busy, but the staff still worked hard to provide efficient service. It's the kind of hotel where one night just isn't enough, and I'd definitely come back again. I visited two bars. In the evening, I checked out the Starlight Bar, which had an extensive drink menu. After checking out, I went to the Beach Bar, and a male staff member immediately and accurately called me by my last name to welcome me back. I have no idea how he did it – super impressive!

My stay at The Sanya EDITION was absolutely perfect! The hotel's design is incredibly stylish and upscale, with a minimalist artistic vibe that's super photogenic everywhere you look (especially the bamboo grove in the lobby). A huge thank you to my dedicated butler, Lance, for his meticulous and thoughtful service and prompt responses. He was attentive and warm throughout my entire stay. If possible, I'd definitely request him again for my next visit. Beyond the butler service, all the other hotel staff were incredibly polite, proactively greeting guests they encountered. What left the deepest impression was when I was returning from the beach; a shuttle bus driver spotted me, stopped, and kindly asked if I needed a ride. And the bellboys and bellgirls in the lobby were even more attentive, making me feel right at home every time I returned. The hotel offers a fantastic array of water activities. Besides the regular pools, I especially enjoyed the water bikes 🚲 and paddleboarding. All in all, it truly lives up to its reputation as one of Sanya's top luxury hotels, perfectly enhancing the atmosphere of the May Day holiday. The overall vacation experience was superb!

I specifically came to Sanya for The Edition, and it lived up to my expectations! The stay was very comfortable; the overall design is sophisticated and minimalist. The grounds are huge and perfect for photos, you can get great shots anywhere. I contacted the hotel in advance about a birthday stay, and they decorated the room and even gave me a cake. The toiletries smell amazing, and they also gave me a toiletries gift set. Next time I'm in Sanya, I'll definitely choose The Edition again!

The moment you step into this hotel, your vacation vibes kick in! The concierge staff were incredibly polite and professional, and the front desk provided service with a constant smile. The entire check-in process was seamless and pleasant. Every corner offers a beautiful view, making it impossible not to snap photos everywhere. All the staff members we encountered actively greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, really boosting the overall emotional experience. I absolutely adore the lush greenery and the park-like design of the resort. The coastline stretches on beautifully, and I personally find it more stunning and gentle than coastlines embraced by mountains. The whole resort layout feels very open and spacious, which would be very comfortable for older family members, avoiding any feeling of stuffiness. Having tried a few hotels in Sanya, I would definitely choose The EDITION again next time. The only areas for improvement would be the bedding and mattresses, and perhaps a more unique breakfast offering, but these are minor points that don't detract from the overall excellent experience. Highly recommend this as a top choice for families, couples, and friends traveling together.

Our stay at The Sanya EDITION was absolutely amazing! Every corner of the hotel is incredibly photogenic; you can snap a stunning picture effortlessly. Waking up each morning to such breathtaking views was truly a treat. The bedding was super comfortable. Our one-year-old didn't want to get out of bed! Since our little one is so young, we asked for four bed rails, which created a huge 3x2 meter bed, so we didn't have to worry about them falling off. Housekeeping also came to clean multiple times a day, and the room was always spotless when we returned. Breakfast was bountiful, and our little one loved it, wanting to try everything. The best part, which truly hit the spot, was having ice cream for breakfast! So satisfying!

My stay here completely redefined the meaning of 'service' and 'luxury' for me. From check-in to check-out, someone was always there to help with luggage. Housekeeping tidied the room twice a day. All water sports were complimentary. Every swimming pool was at a comfortable temperature and immaculately clean. They even provided tissues, sunscreen, swim rings, and sand toys by the pools. I especially loved the saltwater pool – no chlorine smell! Even during the Labor Day rush, breakfast was quiet and orderly. The gym was also spotless. Our butler, Naiya, provided attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel is also very close to the beach.

The professionalism was top-notch. Whether I was asking about hotel facilities, local transportation, or check-in procedures, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. They thought of every detail, making the entire process effortless and reassuring. Most importantly, the response time was incredibly fast! No matter when I messaged or made a request, I received an immediate reply, and any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The service was attentive and perfectly executed; they truly catered to every need. Thanks to Carolin's excellent service, my impression of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
