The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping very convenient. It boasts a beautiful beach with sun loungers and a wide array of activities. The pool views are stunning, and the infinity pool is a unique highlight, truly giving it a resort-like feel. The service was exceptional, very attentive, and they were always quick to address any requests we had. The cleanliness was also top-notch! A sweet treat! 🍓🍓🍓

Haitang Bay No. 9 Resort is absolutely amazing! The private beach is beautiful and uncrowded, so you don't have to deal with the packed public beaches. The service is incredibly attentive; from the moment we arrived, staff warmly greeted us, took our luggage to the room, and provided smiling service throughout our stay. Any requests were met almost instantly, truly making us feel as comfortable as if we were at home. There are multiple pools, including the regular outdoor pool, a kids' pool, and even a hot spring pool! Soaking in the hot spring at night while stargazing was incredibly therapeutic. The environment is gorgeous, offering a perfect resort vibe, with the entire hotel surrounded by lush greenery and flowers – every step is a picturesque scene. The rooms are also fantastic: spacious, clean, and even have an in-room hot spring. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic trip! We came from Sanya Bay to Haitang Bay for easy access to Wuzhizhou Island the next day. The hotel grounds are quite expansive. Upon check-in, we were assigned a butler who introduced us to all the hotel facilities and nearby transportation options. In terms of environment, there's a private beach, several swimming pools, and hot springs. The landscaping is also well done, giving the whole place a garden-like feel. Our booking included breakfast, which offered a variety of local buffet snacks. All in all, it's a great hotel and I'd highly recommend it to future guests.

They meticulously inquired about my travel preferences and offered practical advice, covering everything from check-in instructions to local guides, which made me feel very secure and well taken care of. The room's view was simply stunning—the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows framed the boundless seascape like a magnificent painting. Waking up to the first rays of morning sun, with the orange-red glow spreading across the ocean and the shimmering waves, was incredibly therapeutic. The resort grounds are lush with greenery and winding paths; while strolling, you can hear the waves intermingling with bird songs, making every step a delightful experience with nature. The guest room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. All facilities were comprehensive, but the cleanliness truly surprised me: the mirrors were sparkling, there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and even the window sills were spotless. From the service and hardware to the environment, every detail showcased high quality, leaving me with an unforgettable desire to return.

The hotel service was excellent! After booking, my butler, Lizi, upgraded our room, so we could watch the sunrise right from our bed. She also helped us arrange a late check-out. A huge shout-out to my butler Lizi! The hotel itself is massive and incredibly beautiful, with a private beach and several free swimming pools. Our room even included a complimentary hot spring experience, which was incredibly relaxing in the evening.

The day before check-in, the staff called to ask about some basic details, and their service attitude, from the front desk to the bellhops, was consistently excellent. The hotel's beach is secluded and peaceful, with no pushy vendors. However, Haitang Bay has strong waves, making it unsuitable for swimming. The bathtub in the room was well-cleaned, with no noticeable dust, and all essential facilities were provided, such as clean and odor-free slippers. The hotel's buffet was good, and it's also a convenient 10-minute taxi ride to nearby shopping areas for other dining options. Some facilities are currently undergoing renovation, but it should be even better once they are completed.
