InterContinental GRAND SEOUL PARNAS by IHG

Traveling with three friends, the hotel thoughtfully provided three beds in the room. The lounge offerings were excellent, with hot food available during happy hour. The service was also great. For breakfast, we had the choice of dining downstairs or in the lounge.

We took a private car from Incheon Airport to the hotel, and the journey took a little over an hour during the day. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a department store in Gangnam, with the Starfield Library directly below. After dropping off our luggage, we went downstairs to explore the mall. I even saw some Korean clothing brands that I often buy from, but didn't find any dresses or specific items I particularly liked, so I didn't buy anything. Opposite the lobby bar downstairs, there's a small art exhibition, a hair salon, many restaurants, and even a McDonald's, making it very convenient.

The room layout was quite reasonable, and I generally felt comfortable during my 4-day stay. However, I found both the lobby and the rooms to be a bit cramped, lacking the spaciousness typically found in star-rated hotels. The hotel is conveniently located next to a modern department store, with a good variety of food options on the B1 level. It's comparable to the Yeouido department store, making it a great place for shopping. It was also very easy to visit the Starfield Library, and the airport express line was easily accessible, which I appreciate!

The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance and a wide variety of breakfast options, catering to diverse tastes. The basement level is directly connected to COEX Mall, offering a plethora of dining and shopping experiences. Getting to and from Incheon Airport is a breeze with the 6103 airport bus line; simply alight at the hotel's stop, and the bus pulls up right at the entrance. The bus stop for the airport is also conveniently located right next to the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel ten years ago, and it's been renovated since then. The front desk staff all speak excellent English, and the soundproofing in the rooms is great. The most convenient thing is definitely the location – the airport bus drops you right at the hotel entrance. The Starfield Library is downstairs, and there are plenty of dining options at COEX. The subway entrance is also right outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Korea.

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of shopping and dining options. The room was comfortable, and the hairdryer was really powerful. The bathroom was also comfortable and came with bath salts for a relaxing soak. The cups were very clean, and the overall hygiene was excellent. Plus, you could choose your pillow for sleeping, and check-out was a breeze.

I was very happy with the room. This isn't my first time staying at this InterContinental, but this time I booked an executive floor room. It was my first time trying the executive lounge, and I was particularly impressed with the staff and the food and beverages offered. There was a small incident on the day of check-out. After checking out, I realized I'd left some inexpensive drinks in the fridge in the room. I just went to ask the concierge staff member on a whim, and to my surprise, he was incredibly dedicated to helping me find them, making calls, and running back and forth. A huge thank you to JUNE SEO from the concierge team! 👍🏻 I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Korea. ☺️

The location is fantastic! There's a famous library on the basement level, and the top floor offers convenient access to many nearby attractions, including the largest Ocean Park, all indoors. Plus, there are plenty of shopping malls to explore. Our room was on the executive floor, and having breakfast, lunch, and dinner included was absolutely wonderful!
