Nice place to spend the night. Daisha was really nice in front desk area during the morning. Nice staff. Coffee in the morning. Nice room with kitchen if you need cook for family. The beds are confortable. Amenities in the bathroom are really nice and complete.

Disgusting and rude hotel. They were overbooked and couldn't accommodate. Roaches everywhere. Attendant was rude. Saw a mouse. Water spots on ceiling. Mold. Avoid at all costs. The most disgusting place I've ever been inside of, run away!

Queen, and Dajh are fantastic. Any time I needed anything, they go above and beyond to get the job done. My room was a really nice room. And you can’t beat the price of the hotel. And I’m close to the job sit which I am working at. And if you need anything you just have to ask!!

The pillows are like sleeping on clouds. And next to my comfy sleep Queen is like one of the best souls I’ve ever met she is loving and caring for her guest she is always respectful too she is such a pleasure to be around . Thank you Queen for creating experiences worth repeating I will definitely come back to extended stay it’s clean nice and affordable

I had a challenging experience at this hotel. After a long drive, a minor collision, and a flat tire, all I wanted was a shower and a little rest. I was denied check-in by the night staff, specifically Justin. Despite having a reservation, he initially claimed there were none. After insisting and showing my reservation on my phone, he cited the late hour (2:30 AM) and refused assistance. Eventually, he found my reservation but marked me as a no-show. He was extremely rude and started naming off near by hotels to remedy my situation. The following day after several attempts and leaving messages for general manager to call me back I finally got through to her . Her name was Ashley, while acknowledging the error, was unapologetic and only offered a refund. A disappointing experience with little effort to address the inconvenience.

Right at the entrance there was a bottle packed with cigarette butts, animal waste in the grassy areas surrounding the building and all night long racing up and down the street next to the hotel

Elev lobby area smelled, what was considered breakfast was powdered packets of coffee, oatmeal but no hot water nor hot coffee in lobby. No other drinks at all for breakfast. Bolts missing on panels in elevator, floor of hotel room was dirty, blow dryer did not work, shower was draining so slow it was above ankles by end of shower. The front desk staff were nice and polite, though, and gave recommendations on places to eat, etc.
