It'd the right standard and price for this type of lodging. It's a little away from the Old Town but then again, Bern is small enough that this doesn't really mean much - just a short walk. It's clean and quiet at night which is all I wanted.
The staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought me an electric kettle I asked for - though I believe there were also some communal ones in the small kitchenette on the floor. Overall, I'd stay there again.

床單上有頭髮，其他倒沒什麼，但是前台明明説11點前退房，早上酒店工作人員就拿鑰匙企圖開門，這一點很不理解

酒店職員非常有禮貌而且亦都好準時準備房間，入面環境舒適，亦有獨立廁所基本廁所用品，我覺得唯一美中不足就是酒店的位置有一點難找😂跟巴士站相隔一點距離，就是在兩個巴士站中間。而且訂房間包早餐早餐也很好吃😋

非常乾淨，有一天我晚出門了，錯過了員工整理房間的時間。但當我晚上回房間的時候，房間有被好好整理過了。應該是小姐姐整理好同層所有房間後發現我離開了所以進去整理的。很貼心很讚。房間也很大很明亮舒適，設施也很新，再到伯恩會再次選擇住這裡！

I travelled alone and felt safe which was key for me. The property and room was clean. Staff was great. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Bern.

This is a place to sleep, nothing more. The price was rather high for very basic accommodations, and the ventilation is insufficient for summer or summer-adjacent timeframe (was 15F above normal when we visited in Sept). A few of the lights didn't work and the shower drain was slow. No sheets for foldout couch. Neighborhood safe.
