From the Front Desk to the Bar, a great experience. My Suite was immaculate with great amenities. The soaking tub and bidet were nice touches. And something as simple as bedside lighting options were very nice. I work in a 5-star hotel. Blu Aqua will be my Only Choice while in Chicago!!

People were screaming for hours on our floor. Security was unable to control the group. Room service ran out of food and brought wrong order

The stay wasn’t good at all! None of the sockets worked in the room my phone died trash still in the room the vending machine took my money and the front desk refused to refund me fighting in the hallway and woke up at 4 am to people fighting next door tv hanging off the wall in the room breakfast was a hour late but good

Property was nice overall. Room was ok. Didn’t get the view I booked and paid for . Ok stay. Location sucks parking so far away and the valet takes so long.

Very nice hotel with walking access to millenium park and Michigan Avenue. Great views of city, park, and the lake was even visible. Nice balcony. Staff was very friendly.

I had to change rooms three times within an hour. It was the worst time too because I just wanted to be able to sit down and eat lunch. I had to keep moving all of my belongings to worse and worse conditions.

The stay was good. I think they should have a good buffet though, sadly that's only on weekends.
