Nice stay. Door would not lock on 3. Need to be able to lock my door for better security. Nice location. Close to everything. Nice Hotel. No upgrades for HH members, which means your status is no status.

It's in a good location, close to restaurant options. It's a bit further from Northwestern than expected, so I ended up using Uber. Great hotel and service.

I stayed for a couple of days recently with my daughter for a college visit. The staff was very warm and professional. The food in the restaurant was good, and the pool and whirlpool amenities were excellent. I specifically want the world to know about the front desk staff. Marcus and Catherine were above and beyond professional and really helped to make our stay wonderful! We would go back in a heartbeat!

This has been the best hotel to stay at in Evanston. Conveniently located. Easy parking. Love the convenience store in the lobby for drinks, snacks, or a quick meal. Attentive staff.

This is my second stay in 3 months. Recently remodeled, very comfortable beds, well located. Used their hotel shuttle for the first time. Desk staff friendly and efficient.

I booked a room here because my preferred hotel was full, and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. The room was a double to accommodate my kid (an NU student, needing a break from cramped dorm space) and housekeeping was great about keeping the room clean and keeping him supplied with coffee pods. The downstairs desk staff were also very helpful and pleasant, helping me book a cab back to the airport and also helping with our room booking, which I extended for a few days for my son. Many thanks.

The young man at the front desk when we checked in was excellent. He is definitely the best part of this hotel. Room was fairly clean. Good rate. Parking wasn’t bad nor too expensive. Would stay again.

Friendly service. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. The room did not smell very good - please use nice smelling cleaning products. The room smelled like wet rags. Not fresh. Bathrooms were clean.

Great property Elevator was out of service, otherwise very comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly.

Overall, the stay was good. Room was clean but the beds are hard as a rock! Staff was super friendly.

Great experience. Offered a room with a pull out couch and a roll away bed. Room was huge and had two extra straight back chairs w the couch that pulled out. Everyone was so kind and my kids were happy w the pool
