Space was large, comfortable, quiet.
But NO tv
Simone was very helpful and also ordered us a taxi for our departure. He carried two heavy suitcases upstairs when we arrived. He came to help us carry suitcases upon our departure but suitcases were downstairs already.

Service was efficient and friendly. The guest house is clean, quiet and has amazing fast wi-fi. Room was comfortable, new sheets and towels. Nothing fancy but absolutely fair for the price-point. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a precious commodity in Europe LOL About 15 minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella train station and 15 from the Basilica and major tourist attractions. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, that was the only downside.

The staff and Sogni were very kind. The location was far from the downtown. It says there is a bus stop near by but the bus system seemed unreliable.

The host is really nice and he made sure everything is available. The only issue was that the air conditioner was not working.

I don't know where to start, I start with the TV that ISN'T THERE when it actually says that it IS... then you wake up in pain and I'm young, terrible pillows and mattresses. Normal cleaning the room is not redone I stayed thank God only 2 nights but the room and the bathroom were not cleaned... I highly recommend you go somewhere else

Average grade. A little expensive for the level of services, it is a guesthouse not a hotel. They have asked us for a higher city rate than advertised in ********* and than announced in the first contact on the pretext that it had increased (true or not? must be verified). The location is good between the train station and the city, but a little noisy from other travelers and the street. Good advice from the owner to visit the city, in Spanish, French or English (I speak all 3 languages hehe), and maybe more, I don't know...
