This was a life saver find thanks for a great stay guys everyone was nice and very welcoming. Oh it’s lots of things such as food liquor store right next to hotel.

Great location in regards to the airport and cruise port. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Soft beds and good pillows. Breakfast was good as well. Dining choices were varied and good especially Slackers. Very safe neighborhood. Would stay again

The staff is wonderful. Breakfast was good. But the TV signal did not work and the elevators are out of service. We are on the 4th floor.
They also state that they offer transportation to the port, they didn’t say it would cost $15 per person.

Water pressure was nonexistent both mornings. Couldn’t shower, flush the toilet or wash your face.
Not enough staff. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a new pot of decaf coffee to be made in the evening. All rooms had broken coffee machines or none at all per the front counter person.

This place was old and musty, somehow the water didn’t work in most of the rooms “because of a city issue” We paid almost $400 for one night in this dingy room. Clearly, we paid for the location only (close to the port). Hotel Shuttle to the port for 5 of us was $75 - two Ubers were less than $25.
