Externally it is a nice place that appears to be well kept. But there are some things that cannot go unnoticed. My room had the shower door detached, when I moved it it was falling on me. Another room had loose toilet seat and malfunctioning shower head. Another the sheets not exactly clean. It also sins in having breakfast paid for ... it's called bed & breakfast ... and then with the prices and the products that are around, it is useless to have breakfast there. Another neo the swimming pool (tiny) for a fee ... how do you do it? All this for a passable price but without some necessary comforts. Last thing, there is no parking but you can park wildly on the street.

Villa Cristina is a beautiful characteristic structure in Giardini Naxos where I spent a wonderful holiday, pampered by the owner and all his staff, always ready and available to please the customer. Beautiful structure for the eyes. Super clean and fragrant room. Too bad for the staff at the reception, sometimes not very courteous. No breakfast option and gluten free option. empty mini bar, closed pool bar, and paid pool. Catering service outside the b&b. Really nice lady, a pleasure to talk to her!

Accueil glacial, on nous a réclamé de suite la taxe de séjour, quand on a demandé le parking, précise dans l’annonce, ce n’était en fait que la rue. Quant à la piscine (petit bassin triangulaire) celle ci est payante, 8€ par personne !! Honteux. Et refus de nous servir un petit déjeuner alors que nous avons vu un buffet prévu à cet effet. Le tout dans un quartier avec rue passagère (train et voiture) notre chambre ayant un mur sur la rue. Nous ne conseillons pas.

La struttura non era male, il proprietario non è stato accogliente anzi un poco infastidito, non ha dato colazione e la piscina era a pagamento 8 euro a persona, e la stanza era senza finestra. La signora che si occupa delle stanze è una persona squisita e accogliente e manteneva la camera in ottime condizioni di pulizie sembrava lei la proprietaria. La struttura è distante dal lungomare a piedi la strada non è tanto comoda. Per fortuna il parcheggio era libero.

Siamo stati accolti con molta disponibilità da parte del proprietario, che ci è venuto incontro con l'orario d'arrivo poiché siamo arrivati di notte per via del traghetto. La struttura è piccola ma offre tutti comfort. Le uniche 2 pecche: costanti rumori provenivano dalla abitazione adiacente che rovinavano il silenzio (ma non per colpa dell hotel) e il parcheggio un po scomodo su strada. La pulizia è eccellente. Tutto sommato consigliatissimo, ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ambiente gradevole sotto il profilo estetico, ma servizio assolutamente scarso sia sotto il profilo dell'accoglienza, con letti scomodi e allestiti all'ultimo momento con soluzioni di fortuna, che del servizio. Infatti nonostante che su tutti i siti sia pubblicizzata e risulti di fatto un Bed and Breakfast, la colazione non solo non è contemplata/compresa, ma anche pagando si può al più provare ad avere un caffé con una fetta biscottata. Come se non bastasse la scusa di non aver capito che eravamo 4 motociclisti con 4 moto da ricoverare per la notte, per spillare soldi in più rispetto a quanto inizialmente comunicato. Solvo poi constatare, una volta giunti, che nel ricovero messo a disposizione per le 2 moto "comprese" nel prezzo, entravano tranquillamente anche le altre due oltre ad eventuali altre ancora, se vi fossero state.
