Room was comfortable, spacious and clean!
Pool and gym room were perfect for us.
My only complaint was checking in and the unnecessary long wait. Even if the staff would have said I apologize for the wait it would’ve made a difference.

Everything was fine. The lady who worked the breakfast was very nice & had the seating area clean & wiped down....however a little tidiness could have been done where the food was.

Very nice hotel. Our coffee pot was broken and they replaced it and also made sure everything was good.
The phone was broken but we didn’t care.

Property used to be our go to place and now the pool is work down with paint peeling and hot tubs not working. The drain didn’t work to give the kids a bath and the bathroom was dirty.

Was a very nice hotel. Very nice breakfast. Lots to choose from. Only issue was with the Directv. Couldn’t watch any movies or programs as it was constantly buffering. Employee came and looked at it but couldn’t do anything. He did offer to move us to another room but it was already later in the evening so it wasn’t worth the hassle to move to another room.

The stay was good! Beds were good lotsa room in the hotel room. Pool was good, could be warmer. The hot tubs were both down which wasnt cool. Breakfast was ok. We always choose this hotel. Hope the hot tubs and breakfast are better next time!
