Not only does it have the attentive service and surprising environment of a B&B, it also has the standardized facilities and management of a hotel chain. The design of the room is reasonable, comfortable and convenient to use, not just fancy but useless. The open-air bathtub on the terrace makes people want to take a dip every day. The courtyard is beautifully designed and every plant is well maintained. Autumn is a good time to watch open-air movies, karaoke, barbecue and restaurant food at his camp. The food is very delicious and goes beyond farm food. All young people are providing services, they are enthusiastic, efficient and full of vitality. Hotel environment, facilities are good. Not far from the passenger station, the old street, travel is more convenient. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel very warm. There are free tea and snacks. The room is relatively clean and warm. There is a smart toilet at this price! The bathroom is also very clean. I saw on the Internet that some rooms have no windows and called the front desk. The front desk in Taipei specifically helped us upgrade for free.

一開始是預訂的另一家酒店，但是是公寓式的，個人不太喜歡這種類型。因為環保等方面特殊原因，湖區有很多酒店關閉，正好在攜程上看見這家酒店，遂重新預訂了這家。考慮到漫心是華住旗下的品牌，相信大品牌的一貫水準，個人認為在太平湖景區算top3級別的了。硬件來看，酒店是24.3月才開業的，充電座有A口和C口，馬桶也是帶加熱、紫外線消毒的電動馬桶，全屋智能水平不錯，吹風機是萊芬的，使用感受很不錯；服務來看：辦理入住前酒店前台就會打電話諮詢行程，一到門口就有人幫忙拿行李，check in時有茶水，還有歡迎水果。尤其要表揚下酒店胡靜、娩清兩位工作人員，小孩有點發熱，溝通後提前把額温槍放置於房間內，退房時還贈送了小禮品，並且幫忙搬運行李，全程都很真誠、熱情、專業。

The hotel was very clean and there was a nice restaurant. The food was very good. It was a Chinese traditional dinner. There were lot’s of room service and they even had a little robot that delivers what ever you need. The location was not that good though. Lots of up hill roads. The staff were really helpful. Over all, the hotel was a nice place to stay with good service.

We stayed here for four consecutive days and felt deeply at home. The hotel facilities and environment are first-class and can be compared with four-star hotels. More importantly, they treat guests with affectionate care and help. The front desk managers Xiao Wang and Xiao Jiang took the initiative to lend us handrails when using cars, catering, and mountain climbing. We were deeply moved and left a good memory of Huangshan people and the hotel. I hope to have the opportunity to come to Huangshan again with my relatives and friends and stay at the Huancuihu Riverside Hotel!
