They actually don’t know hospitality. Very bitter experience. Rooms are too small, and I separated by just a door. I was forced to listen every words what my neighbour was talking, so they might have heard mine. Probably they were smoking, because I was feeling all the smell. Their restaurant number never get picked. Always has to call reception to arrange call back . And then wait long for the call back. My dinner and breakfast was included in the plan but when the restaurant guy came to know this he changed whole menu (in room dining they offered) earlier when I could order any thing, now only chiken ka***i I can order. For roti now they didn’t have tandoor. Seriously… They even don’t care if the guest is from a corporate or just walkin. Well I missed , they need to change the bed, not suitable for a good sleep (too spongy) Not recommendable at all…… Pathetic
