Very nice big rooms very comfortable bed, the staff were extremely helpful with a free airport shuttle.

房間超大，性價比高。前台服務小姐姐人也很好，迴應都很及時。離機場不遠，是機場過夜很好的選擇。周邊也有不少吃的。總之超出期待。

Not a property that is convenient for walking but the shuttle service is always available for transport to the airport where you can take the people mover to the metro rail station and get all over Miami.

Hotel had an airport shuttle and was super clean and comfortable. Also, the resturant that is in the building had excellent food and it was nice to not have to leave to get a bite to eat.

What i can say about the property is that it was booked for convenience. Its closeness to the airport and the fact that they provided shuttle service was top tier, or so I thought!!
I dont know what kind of scam is being ran by the front desk clerk(s) and the taxi drivers, but the shuttle was never available at the scheduled pick-up/drop-off times and the Front Desk claims he wasnt answering, resulting in taxi cabs being called and utilized because no one wants to miss their flight.
But what was craziest, was the fact that as i an another family were about to take the taxi ride this morning February 2, 2024 at 6:15am the taxi driver walks to the Clerk and slaps some cash in his hand. this needs to be investigated,as it presented a problem to us as patrons expecting to use the shuttle service!

My wife and I only stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise. Great location as it’s close to the airport and they have an airport shuttle included. Some restaurants within walking distance. Clean and spacious rooms!

The only down side was the noise from traffic as we were trying to sleep. Eventually it died down after 1am.
