We booked a twin room as two friends while travelling around. The room was so small we could hardly find space for our suitcases. As we are not a family, the conditions were quite restrictive, thus it was not easy to relax in the room.
Otherwise the hotel is nice, receptionists are helpful. The location is quite convenient to travel around Osaka.

It's a bit far from the downtown area, but it's quiet and nice. The staff are friendly and the rooms are larger than expected, which is nice.

The staff are kind and the room is spacious, as is the toilet, which has a bathtub, a rubber stool, and a Japanese-style shower room with a water spoon. One portion for breakfast is enough for one person. Daily necessities such as combs, cotton swabs, etc. are available for self-service in the lobby. The location is very convenient and only a five-minute walk to the famous tourist attraction Dotonbori.
