The Museum of folk art is Town God's Temple, Changde Prefecture. From the train station to the bus station to Town God's Temple, there is an unmarked gate on the roadside is the back door, next to the Central Primary School. Be careful not to be confused with Anyang Town God's Temple. Town God's Temple is a national treasure. In fact, most of the buildings were rebuilt in 90s. Only the main hall was left behind. In addition to offering Chenghuang and Grandma Chenghuang, there are also many local folk art works on display, such as paper-cutting, straw weaving and so on. In another hall, there were several Guqin practitioners, who told us some basic knowledge and had a very good attitude. The air-conditioning was on in the hall. The day we went was very hot. We could hardly leave when we visited the hall to enjoy the cool.
