Tianningsi

The large-scale Buddhist Zen Temple Tianning Temple in Meiling Scenic Spot in Wanli District is located in Gangxia Village, 18 kilometers north of Nanchang City. The gate of the temple is majestic and magnificent, the Buddhist temple in the courtyard is solemn and elegant, with a brick-concrete two-story structure, the temples are connected by rafters and buildings, beautiful and magnificent, the Mahavira Hall, the curtains are low, and the Buddha statues in the temple are exquisitely carved, with realistic expressions and lifelikeness. There are 148 Bodhisattvas in the back hall of the island, and the Weituo Hall subdues dragons and tigers. The east and west halls are the nun's bedroom, living room and guest room in the Zen room. In the past five years, Tianning Temple has won a good reputation, and the grand occasion of Buddhist affairs in Jingu Temple is the epitome and portrayal of Guotai Minfeng.
