Lama Palace

The Panchen New Palace is located in the west of Shigatse, very close to the Tashilunbu Temple, only a few hundred meters walk. The Tibetan language is "Deqingge Sanpozhang", which belongs to the summer palace of the Tenth Panchen (that is, the Erdeni • Queji Jianzan, which we used to know very well). You can visit when no one lives.

The architectural style of the new palace is integrated with tradition and modernity, simple and elegant, and magnificent. The main building has a living room, office of the Panchen master, and five large and small Jingtang rooms, which serve more than 100 Buddha statues. Most stunning is the colourful murals on the walls on both sides of the hall.

The Panchen New Palace is one of the palaces of the Tibetan Buddhist leader Panchen Master. It is located in the southwest of the city, also known as Deqingge Sanpozhang. It was built by the state in 1954 and is the summer palace where the Panchen Master sleeps. The new palace has three doors. The first gate is frescoed with clouds, tigers, dragons, characters and Buddhist stories on both sides of the gate, followed by deep trails. The second door is the front courtyard courtyard, and then enters the third door to view the magnificent, magnificent and solemn palace. The location of the new palace is condescending, the interior is magnificent and very elegant, and the surrounding vegetation is lush. There are also many Tibetan historical relics and art boutiques in the palace, which are very precious collections.
