I often use the library. Even if you don't have the book you want to borrow, you can order it in one of the libraries in the ward. Parking is free for 30 minutes.
I went to see a recital. For the facilities in Ota Ward, the transportation was not good enough. However, the buildings and facilities were excellent and I enjoyed it.
The bus is convenient as it takes about 15 minutes on foot along Ikegami-dori from the west exit of JR Omori Station. I heard that it was built for the lives and exchanges of Ota Ward residents. There are 250 seat halls, libraries, information centers, and cooking rooms in multipurpose rooms, and occasionally events and cultural school presentations are held. I feel like it's not a tourist spot.
Looking at the map, I was wondering if there was a big park, but when I got off the Tokyu Bus at the Ota Bunka no Mori bus stop, the ward hall was in front of me. It is just between Omori and Kamata, and the bus is convenient for access, but the number was surprisingly large.
It is a ward hall in Ota Ward. It is located between Kamata and Omori and is quite far from the station. The facility has a library, concert hall, and event space.
