Yibin Qianfo Temple, built in Tang Dynasty, is located in the ancient trees along the back of Cuiping Mountain in Yibin City. According to the Qing Dynasty "Yibin County Zhi" and "Xuzhou Fuzhi": Qianfotai, opened in the five years (789) of the central Tang Dynasty Dezong Zhenyuan, and successively built Qianfo Temple and Guanyin Temple on the Qianfotai. The Buddhist temple was built in the second year of the Northern Song Dynasty (1095). The incense was flourishing and became a Buddhist jungle in southern Anhui. Huangting in the Northern Song Dynasty has the famous sentence of "mountain around the tower and drum late, Cuiping deep ancient Zen Guan", making "Cuiping late clock" a unique and iconic humanistic landscape in southern Anhui, which is included in the eight scenes of Xuzhou.
