Everything is perfect. Big spacious room. Interesting design. Good view. Note they dont have microwave only oven. Its clean and neat. Note Room service only after 3 days. Location is walkable to old town.

They had a good breakfast with very nice coffee The room was hot and not the best stay l had - the bad was very hard but maybe some guest like it this way The room service forget to provide me free water and cups and tea ☕️ The Italian restaurant is great for dinner Near by currently is a construction site so it’s getting very busy and very noisy

The apartment has a good location, less than 1 km from Frankfurt Cathedral and Marienplatz. There are trams and subways right outside, as well as a park, supermarket, and KFC. The room has an induction cooker, tableware, pots and pans, etc. The downside is the poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear people talking next door, which affects sleep. Fortunately, it's next to a park but not on the road, otherwise, the road noise would be doubly disruptive. The bedding quality is average, and no bath towels were provided on the second night (you may need to get them yourself). There are a few street parking spaces in front of the hotel; they are free at night, but you need to leave in the morning. Overall, the apartment offers good value for money.

This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in town, whether for business or leisure. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and come with a full kitchenette: a capsule coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher – everything you could possibly need, making it incredibly convenient. The only things to note are that the trash can is located under the sink, and daily room cleaning is not provided by default during your stay. The hotel discontinued its shuttle service a while back. You can get to the airport by taking the X17 or S bus, or the S-Bahn. Every time I've stayed here, I've found the front desk staff, especially the younger guys, to be very friendly and sharp, unlike the typical cold and arrogant attitude you sometimes encounter in Germany. They are super efficient. This time, the front desk person was named Sammy, and they were excellent – very efficient and had a great attitude.

Very nice hotel in a good location. The reception was super friendly and patient and offered us many help. It was a bit confusing at first since you need to enter the building from one of the three doors and get to the reception on 4th floor, but after that everything was good. The room was clean and tidy with no oddor, a bit small to open two large suitcases, but not a big problem. The air conditioner kept the room warm and cosy. Our room was at 8th floor with nice city view (in the photo), there were occasional sirens outside the window but in general pretty quiet from both nearby and inside. The TV allowed screen mirroring, and there was a very nice speaker above it. We didn't use the stove but the large fridge and microwave were quite useful. There were laundry machines and dryers next to a small gym. It took about 15 minutes to the main train station, can travel by either underground or tram which was convenient. There were many good restaurants and supermarkets around, and it was close to most of the attractions.

Spacious apartments. Breakfast unfortunately only during trade fair times. Pleasant ambience. Courteous and friendly service. Free but limited parking.

What more could you ask for at this price? The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. The facilities had everything you could need and were very clean, and I slept wonderfully. Although it was a bit noisy outside, the windows were of good quality, and once closed, I couldn't hear a thing; it was very quiet. The water pressure in the room was excellent and strong. The kitchen had a dishwasher, was well-designed, and of good quality. Both self-check-in and check-out were smooth. I highly recommend staying here! It's so convenient with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. If you're looking for a place near Frankfurt Airport, this is the best choice. At the very least, it's absolutely fantastic value for money!

Not bad. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. No deposit was required, but I think there was a city tax? The room was quite spacious, not cramped for three people, though the sofa bed was a bit low. However, it seems they don't clean daily; we stayed for two nights and the room wasn't cleaned on the second day. The hotel is right opposite a shopping mall, about a ten-minute walk to the train station, and most Frankfurt attractions are also within walking distance. Just be aware that there are quite a few homeless people around the train station area, so it's good to be cautious.

Location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the S-bahn station and only one stop away from the airport. If you fly from T2, it's even more convenient to just walk for 15 minutes. The room is quite big as well, and having a Nespresso machine gives to it a nice classy touch. Having said that, the fact that soap-body soap-shampoo is all in one product is a bit disappointing. The check in process needs to be a bit smoother, it's not intuitive at all.

We booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at the Batschkapp-Halle, and for that purpose, the location was excellent and within walking distance. Directly across from the hotel is a subway station, which was super convenient for getting to Frankfurt city center. The hotel itself is functional and modern, the beds are very good, and everything was spotless. The check-in was completely online and went smoothly.
