GGuest UserUnfortunately there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, otherwise really super for the money.
Grade if you want to spend the night before the flight to Frankfurt.

Great
DDduolinThe front desk was welcoming and everything else was good. The only drawback was that the breakfast options were a little limited, and there was no German sausage.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a cluster of hotels near the airport. It's just one stop away from Frankfurt Airport train station on the S8 or S9, at a station called Gateway Gardens. The surrounding area is pretty desolate, but the hotel itself has vending machines and a restaurant on the ground floor. As for the service, during my two-day stay, there were two front desk staff members. One was really nice and polite, even spoke a little Chinese. The other was a bit cold. The hotel's shuttle bus to the airport has increased to 6 euros and only accepts credit cards, no cash. The room size was decent. There were no toiletries or slippers, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Germany. I stayed in the first room on the first floor near the corridor, so I didn't have to walk far, and it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, for the price, the stay was quite good.
TtravelingcatValue for money.
Location 1 stop subway line from the central station, tram wise 3 stops away from central station. tram station just a foot step away from the hotel.
Overall cleanliness can be improved, dust is around the apartment.
Bed is comfortable.
Dish washer in the room.
Service wise other than check in no further interaction with the staff. Check in can be improved. We were in the q and only 1 person is serving despite the other check in staff is available.
AAndré Justus 001Spacious apartments. Breakfast unfortunately only during trade fair times. Pleasant ambience. Courteous and friendly service. Free but limited parking.
GGuest UserThis was my second stay here. Everything was super smooth, including the easy online check-in. If it's your first time, make sure to save the email or WhatsApp messages they send you beforehand, as they contain important details like the entrance code and check-in instructions. That way, you'll be all set!
The only minor issue this time was that the complimentary water in the lobby wasn't refilled.
Aside from that, the room was functional, clean, and very comfortable.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is within walking distance of the city center. Since we came to explore, we actually enjoyed walking around and discovering the area, so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms were more than sufficient for a short stay. Additionally, having complimentary coffee as well as water and soda available in the lobby was a great bonus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The only downside was that the kitchen sink in our initial room was broken; however, this was quickly resolved as we were moved to a new room without any hassle. If we visit again, we would definitely choose to stay here.
KKanako TakayamaAs other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.
JJasonxianshengLocation: Located east of Frankfurt, just 100 meters from the U7 railway line, it's very convenient (especially for exhibitors). There's a large supermarket nearby, KAUFLAND (as shown in the picture, about a 15-minute walk, open until midnight except Sundays and public holidays).
Rooms: Spacious, but the bedding provided for single occupants was indeed only single-size. During my 7-night stay, it was only cleaned once.
Check-in is almost entirely self-service. You can download Hotelbird to check in advance, and upon arrival at the hotel, simply scan the QR code to receive your room key.
