This hotel deserves more than a perfect score – I'd give it 200 out of 100! The experience was truly exceptional, offering incredible value for money. My business trip coincided with the summer vacation, so I decided to bring my family and kids along to stay at this hotel.
Firstly, the service was absolutely superb. The rooms were spacious and inviting, featuring a large bed and comfortable tatami-style seating. Complimentary fresh fruit was provided daily, and the shower water pressure was excellent.
The breakfast was another highlight – incredibly varied and delicious! They even provided complimentary breakfast for our child over 130cm tall. While kids might not eat much – perhaps just a bowl of noodles and a few side dishes – this thoughtful and considerate gesture truly set them apart from other hotels.
Overall, the experience was outstanding. For any friends visiting Ordos Kangbashi district, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as their top choice. Its location is also excellent: it's close to the Ulan Mulun River, perfect for watching Asia's largest musical fountain at night, and there's Mother Park right behind the hotel. In short, the location is absolutely superb. Highly recommended!

When I went to Hailar, I stayed at this hotel both on the way there and when I left. It was as good as ever. The free airport shuttle was unique among the high-end hotels in Hailar. Needless to say, the facilities and services are excellent. From reception to guest rooms to cleaning, all the service staff of high-end hotels are very good. The most important thing is that there is a parking space at the door, which is extremely convenient. You can consider staying at this hotel when you go to Hailar.

This was my child's favorite hotel on this trip. The wontons for midnight snack were especially delicious. The hotel is well-equipped and beautiful inside. The room was very comfortable.

Let's start with the positives: The overall service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was quite good. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub.
Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, ”Did you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.” I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left.
The hotel has a grand appearance and unique interior decoration, full of artistic flavor and design. The service is even more impeccable. The concierge staff greeted you warmly, helped you with your luggage, and guided you to the front desk for check-in. The front desk staff are professional and patient, answering questions in detail. During your stay, if you encounter any problems, the staff will respond quickly and solve them properly. The room is spacious and tidy with reasonable layout. The furniture and decoration are of high quality, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bed is extremely comfortable and the quality of sleep is greatly guaranteed. The bathroom is clean and bright, and all kinds of toiletries are complete and of high quality. I was also impressed by the hotel's dining. The restaurant has an elegant environment, rich and diverse dishes, and pure taste. Whether it's the rich selection of breakfast or the exquisite dishes at dinner, you can feel the hotel's care. The hotel also has facilities such as gyms and conference rooms to meet the needs of different guests. Highly recommended, I believe you will have a great time here.

A superb accommodation experience. Located within the Impression Jiangnan residential complex, I initially thought I'd chosen the wrong place, but upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered a hidden gem. There's a courtyard in front of the hotel with tents, perfect for relaxing with tea and conversation.
We stayed in a standard room, which was spacious with a ceiling height of about 3 meters. The bed was also large enough. The mattress was very comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet with a seat cover, a vanity light, and a Dyson hairdryer.
A highlight was the instant hot water purifier from Midea, providing hot or room temperature water in minutes – so convenient! The TV faced the bed, offering features like watching TV shows, streaming, and screen mirroring. All the room amenities were smart, feeling even more comprehensive than those of a 4-star hotel in a first-tier city.
The hotel's location is excellent, right within the Jokhang Temple scenic area. It's a short walk from the hotel's north gate to the temple and Sai Shang Old Street. It's also not far from Kuanzhai Alley, Qingkai Bridge, Niujie Street, and other attractions.
We ate shumai at three different places, and the best one was at Defengyuan, located just west of the south gate of our complex, across the street!
It was a fantastic three-day, two-night stay. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I had the chance.
An unexpectedly great stay! I never thought I'd have such a good experience in a small place like Genhe.
The room was very clean, and the amenities were incredibly thoughtful – they even provided disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers, which was a huge plus!
The room also had a sauna, which was amazing!
The front desk staff were very welcoming! Especially Xiao Shao! She helped us with our luggage, called taxis for us, and even checked in on our outdoor itinerary. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, she was already waiting for us at the entrance.
Such warm and friendly staff!
I'll definitely stay here again next time!
This was my second stay, and I'm just as satisfied as the first time! Upon checking in in the afternoon, the front desk staff thoughtfully informed me about a complimentary Cotti Coffee and free afternoon tea. After a long drive, it was incredibly pleasant to enjoy some refreshments and coffee before settling in! I also noticed a small box at the front desk containing disposable toilet seat covers and alcohol wipes – a really thoughtful touch. As I entered, I saw some guests taking photos while dressed in traditional Mongolian attire. I asked about it and found out the hotel offers these costumes for guests to use free of charge! What truly impressed me was the hotel's very own jade counter! As someone with years of experience and a keen interest in jade, I had a chat with the staff. They explained that the hotel owner personally sources raw jade stones from Myanmar (apparently, security for legitimate business trips there isn't bad 😌) and has them processed, guaranteeing Grade A quality. Absolutely fantastic!

Staying in a room full of Mongolian style, I started to study the auspicious patterns on the bedside as soon as I entered the door. The bathtub in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The Mongolian costume experience on the 18th floor allows you to wear ethnic costumes to check in and take photos in the hotel. The service of the lady is also very considerate. The hotel lobby is worth a closer look
The only problem: the noise from the passing planes is obvious, and the decoration of the city government opposite is also clanging.

AAnonymous UserYou might want to bring your own disposable slippers and toiletries. Disposable bath towels and a dental kit are provided in the room. The cleanliness of the bedding, however, could be improved. The view is genuinely fantastic; we were given a first-row room directly facing the grasslands. The evening activities were also quite varied and engaging. Watching the sunset right outside our door was incredibly beautiful. Parking was convenient, and getting around was easy. Buying the performance package for Honggeer Aobao directly from the resort was very good value, and you can also book horse riding through them.
PPohSoon YanThe hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

The room is large, the living room 🛋️ is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen and a bar, suitable for long-term stay.
Suggestion: Currently, you need to stand in the bathtub to shower 🚿, and water splashing all over the floor is inevitable. I hope to improve it❤️.
MM4552****My trip to Arxan was filled with surprises. On my last day, I was lucky enough to come across a newly launched B&B, and I was the first to try it. The experience was truly amazing. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the entire place was smart. It truly was the perfect choice for a trip.
I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Arxan.

GGuest UserI had an amazing experience at the Lotus Hotel in Inner Mongolia. It was all because of the help I received from the concierge.
I especially want to thank Room Concierge Han Chunjuan and Wang Yuyang, who took such great care of me during my stay. They were kind, thoughtful, and always one step ahead when it came to making sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special.

MM2gmyj1ut****The experience of this stay is directly full. The hotel is super convenient. It is opposite to Hohhot East Station. You can see the hotel as soon as you leave the station. It is close to the town of Ole. It is also very convenient to walk to the subway. It saves time and effort to travel and go shopping. The front desk check-in is efficient and fast, enthusiastic and professional. There is also free coffee and health tea at the front desk, super intimate. The room is quiet and tidy, the view is very good, standing in the room can see the opposite Ole and East Railway Station, the lighting is also very good, the bathroom is very practical for dry and wet separation! There are free drinks in the room, it is really great 👍🏻
