Our trip to Inner Mongolia this time was a huge success, and this hotel was a delightful surprise. We received welcome gifts upon check-in, along with complimentary fruit and a sweet little card 😊. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered all our questions with a great attitude 👍. The hotel itself is very photogenic, with a comfortable blend of Mongolian and French design. The facilities are excellent, including a free laundry room and a gym, and the breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options like roasted lamb leg, Buryat dumplings, and 'guochatea' (pot tea). In fact, the hotel's Buryat dumplings are even better than those found in outside restaurants 😋. The location is also superb; we had beautiful views of the Yimin River and snow scenery right from our window. It's also super convenient, being only about a 10-minute drive to the train station. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Hailar! 👍👍👍

The decoration is novel and the environment is comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for transportation. The facilities are complete, the room is very clean, the restaurant dishes are very delicious and the price is not expensive. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I will visit Venice Hotel again if I have the chance.

The hotel is well-equipped and boasts a modern, stylish design. I was pleasantly surprised to find wine tasting and Cotti Coffee available in the lobby. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a voice welcome, and the Xiaodu assistant offered convenient control over all in-room facilities. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and they even offered congee in the evenings, along with complimentary fruit. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, meeting all my needs. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay.

The overall feeling of the hotel is quite good. The location is very good. It is very convenient to get to the city center, the night market and other places. There is a parking lot at the door, which is also very convenient. The breakfast is especially unique, and the fruit salad is also very delicious. I walked around and stayed in this hotel when I entered Hailar, and I also stayed in this hotel before leaving Hailar. It is worth recommending. The wontons are also very good.

When checking in, the front desk couldn't find our reservation, and it was frustrating that someone who arrived later than us was able to check in first. Although the front desk lady apologized sincerely, I hope to investigate the reasoning. Upon check-out, both cards were refunded, and they sent a message saying they only received one. Shouldn't they have checked in at check-out? Or should they have confirmed how many cards were received?

Advantages: Newly renovated hotel with modern facilities, good location, quiet surroundings, a barbecue street nearby, within 3 kilometers of the city center, many breakfast options, and the restaurant offers three meals a day. Disadvantages: The bathroom floor in my room was cracked without any repairs, making it easy to cut guests' feet. The temperature control in the shower was poor, fluctuating between hot and cold. The hotel is good.

It's just okay. The moment I found the small entrance and opened it, it felt like a small European hotel. The robot check-in system was a novelty. The room wasn't large and seemed a bit lacking in brightness. The bathroom was basically a separate wet and dry area, but the shower had a half-glass door, which was half open. The restaurant had a European feel, and the breakfast was okay. The free coffee was American, and the bar ground coffee was extra. I didn't give it a 5 for two reasons: the room wasn't nearly as spacious as hotels in China, and the staff could learn to smile and be more patient. However, a hotel like this would cost 100 euros in Europe, and the value in China is much better. Overall, this is a good choice for young people who enjoy a more artistic style, but it's probably not for families traveling with children or business travelers.

The room was big and clean. The guy helped us with the luggage and sent it to the room after we parked the car. The service was great. The front desk lady who checked in and checked out was also great. The whole hotel has a strong grassland style. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Hohhot.

Subway, bus, and taxis are all super convenient – no detours or transfers needed. Zhenhua Plaza is right outside the door, and MixC Mall is just one subway stop away, making dining, strolling, and shopping a breeze. The airport is directly accessible by subway, Hohhot Station is within walking distance, and the East Station is also very close, which is incredibly friendly for both tourists and business travelers! The room is clean, tidy, and spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent natural light and an expansive view. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The lighting is soft and adjustable, the electric curtains are smart and convenient, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation plus a smart toilet – the experience is top-notch. The room also includes a small refrigerator, complimentary beer and drinks, unlimited mineral water refills, and toiletries that are effective and not disappointing. I must rave about the breakfast! It offers a full range of Chinese, Mongolian, and Western options, with hot and cold dishes, fruits, salads, fried items, and pastries, all made with quality ingredients. The local lamb offal soup has an authentic, fresh, and rich flavor – highly recommended! The Mongolian milk tea is savory and delicious with exquisite toppings, and there are also Hohhot-style shaomai; you'll fall in love after one taste. Hotel parking is convenient, with spots both in front and behind. The self-service laundry room, gym, and meeting rooms are all well-equipped. The laundry room has both washing and drying machines, automatic detergent dispensing, and a QR code scan to notify you when your clothes are ready. Drying down jackets is no problem at all. The staff are incredibly attentive; sometimes they even help wash, dry, fold neatly, and bag the clothes for you to take directly back to your room – impeccable attention to detail! Overall, the stay was superb, and the value for money is outstanding! To summarize: phenomenal transportation, smart comfort, and divine breakfast! Two small suggestions: 1. Could the check-out time be extended by 1-3 hours to better accommodate travel plans? 2. Please don't raise holiday prices too much; keeping them close to平日 (weekdays) or with a slight increase would be more guest-friendly. In short, this is the top choice when visiting Hohhot – you can't go wrong, just book it!
