This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou! On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

Letter of Commendation Last month, from December 16-17, I mistakenly booked an Executive King Room at Suning International Hotel. The first night, costing over 800 yuan, was forfeited because I arrived too late. I thought I would have to bear the loss myself, but customer service representative Amy proactively called me and helped me apply for a 14-day extension. As the new deadline approached, I found there were no rooms available due to a holiday, so she extended it again for me, following up patiently and cheerfully from afar. Her meticulousness and professionalism truly embody ”customer first” in every interaction. I am grateful to Suning for fostering such a warm team, and I wish Amy a prosperous New Year. I have already rebooked and can check in with peace of mind. I also wish to share this trust with every traveler. Suning is made warm by you, and travel is made beautiful by you.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

The hotel parking is free, which was great since I was traveling alone during the holidays. It's super comfortable here and very close to the scenic spots. The front desk staff were so helpful, sending me a guide for sightseeing and recommending breakfast places. They even carried my luggage to the room! It's a smart room, and I really enjoyed my stay. The environment is clean and tidy. Highly recommend! The hotel is right on Guanqian Street, making it super convenient for snacks and shopping. The interior decor is exquisite and fresh, and the hallways always smell lovely. The carpets are spotless, and the staff's service is incredibly detailed and attentive. Every staff member greets you with a warm smile, which is a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast is also very generous. It truly has the quality of a five-star hotel at a very affordable price!!!

On this trip to Nanjing, I booked the Manxin Hotel at the Confucius Temple scenic area through Trip.com. The service was top-notch, and the room facilities were complete. Zhan Garden, Nanjing Confucius Temple, and Laomendong are all nearby. It was a family room, and originally only included breakfast for two. However, they provided extra breakfasts upon request. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

This cruise-themed hotel has an amazing ambiance! Its location by Jinji Lake is absolutely superb, offering stunning views of the lake and the Gate of the Orient right across. The lakeside promenade is just downstairs, making strolls and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The staff provides exceptional service and attention to detail, even offering complimentary children's bathrobes and toothbrushes in cute packaging. The rooms are well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The hotel's indoor and outdoor kids' clubs are a wonderland for children, with charming nautical-themed decor. The gym has a full range of equipment, and the heated pool is pristine. Breakfast at the St. Tropez Restaurant is fantastic, featuring a wide variety including authentic Suzhou-style Aozhao noodles, seafood, and desserts, all with a superb lakeside view. Plus, free parking with direct access to Suzhou Center is a huge bonus. This hotel is definitely the perfect choice for families traveling with kids!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed so far this time visiting China in the past November. Five stars of everything! From the moment I arrived at hotel, I felt like a VIP. The front desk staff greeted me by name, expedited check-in, and offered a welcome fruit package which set a perfect tone for the stay. My room was a sanctuary of calm and luxury: pristine cleanliness. The service throughout the property was outstanding. The concierge anticipated my needs. I particularly appreciated how they treat their customers. Overall, the value was superb given the level of luxury and personalized care. I would highly recommend Hotel to travelers seeking flawless service, whether for a romantic getaway, a business trip, or a special celebration. Would I return? Absolutely. Blossom house Yangzhou Lakeside has set a new standard for hospitality in China! By the way, Yangzhou shouxihu is so beautiful!

This trip to Nanjing, I chose Atour, a hotel chain I've been eyeing in various cities. However, my experience at the Nanjing branch was a bit less impressive than in other cities. The hotel's location is quite central, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station. Although the lobby faces a main intersection, it feels like the layout of the dining and front desk areas wasn't very well-planned initially. They ended up abandoning the prime corner entrance and opened a new one on a side street instead. Since the hotel probably opened in 2021, it feels a bit older compared to Atour branches that opened in 2024 or 2025 in other cities. The ventilation system also seemed to have a slight issue. I'm quite particular about bedding, and my preferred memory foam pillow isn't standard in the rooms. If you need one, be sure to request it early, or they might run out quickly… However, I found the standard low pillow in the room to be quite comfortable and acceptable. The mattress here is a bit on the soft side, which might be something to consider if you have back issues… Of course, the standard room amenities like separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, Laifen or Dyson hair dryers (depending on the room type), bathrobes, and capsule coffee machines are all still provided, and the water pressure is strong with stable water temperature… These aspects were quite satisfactory. The hotel's basic washer-dryer machines are sufficient, and their availability is displayed on the TV. Still, I recommend heading there a bit early to wait, or you might find them all in use… The gym equipment, possibly due to space constraints, is located with the laundry room, and there are a bit fewer machines than ideal. I must commend the hotel's service. Initially, I had a slight issue with the room I was assigned, but after communicating, it was resolved smoothly! Among the Atour hotels I've stayed at, the breakfast here had a rather average taste, though the variety of dishes was quite rich. If you can redeem points for it, it's fine, but I wouldn't really recommend paying for it… I hope this branch improves and gets better in the future!

Waking up to the morning mist over Swan Island and watching the city wall lights reflect in the lake at dusk – every moment was breathtaking. The suite's design perfectly blended Jinling's charm with modern luxury: sleek new Chinese furniture, subtly integrated smart control systems, and a layout with a separate living room and bedroom that felt both open and private. My favorite feature was the circular bathtub by the window, offering panoramic lake views while soaking. Even the welcome fruit platter included a Yuhua tea-themed dessert, showcasing exquisite Jiangnan elegance in every detail. The hotel service was exemplary: the butler proactively confirmed our preferred routes, and during turn-down service, thoughtfully prepared the window-side daybed for enjoying the view. The 27th-floor executive lounge offered stunning vistas, and during Happy Hour, sipping champagne while gazing down at the ancient city created a particularly moving sense of past and present intertwining. The location was impeccable: within walking distance to Xuanwu Gate subway station, making it convenient to reach Fuzimiao or Xinjiekou. Morning jogs along the Ming City Wall and evening strolls on the lakeside boardwalk – staying here truly allowed us to experience the essence of 'Pearl of Jinling'. Special thanks to our butler Luanne for upgrading our room and arranging a late check-out, ensuring a perfect end to our trip. This wasn't just accommodation; it was a cherished Nanjing memory. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both scenic beauty and quality – you'll fall in love with waking up in such a picturesque setting.
