This hotel was relatively older and less clean compared with the other hotel we stayed at during the trip. The location is very convenient for airport transit, with Terminal 3 only about a 12-minute walk away and Terminal 2 around 20 minutes away at Narita Airport. One of the best things about the hotel was the free shuttle bus service, which made it easy to travel between the airport, the hotel, Narita city centre, and Aeon Mall for shopping. However, the room service and in-room amenities were fairly limited compared with the other hotel, as basic items like toothbrushes had to be collected from reception and bottled water was not provided. There were no free facilities to use, but having a 24/7 FamilyMart and a pharmacy in the hotel was still convenient.

Travelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat!
If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!
Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.
The location as convenience and service as excellent even we are landing in the earlier morning ; they provide flexible check in and also staff as friendly and helpful.
Restaurant for breakfast buffet as great as with different varieties of choice and hotel provide shuttle bus to inside city - Aeon mall one of the big shopping area within Narita .
Also during the leaving staff as helpful for move on our luggages into bus and when we off the driver of the shuttle bus to airport also helpful to move down and put on the torey as well .
Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for all !
The room was pretty clean, and the bed was big enough, just as expected. The 7-Eleven downstairs was absolutely amazing, a real highlight! It even snowed when we were there, which was incredibly beautiful. This was my first time getting a wooden room key, and it was a nice touch, a good experience overall.
Although I only stayed for one night, the facilities and service were so good that I wanted to stay a few more days. The staff were especially helpful. They explained everything in English and even called taxis to get me where I wanted to go. Breakfast is included, so you get a high-quality meal, which I highly recommend. The hot springs were quiet and perfect for relaxation. The 24-hour mini hot springs in the room were especially great for early mornings and early evenings.

The room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji.
This hotel in central Japan has a pretty spacious room, and the facilities are pretty much all there. The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.
A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members.
Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite.
Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening.
Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance.
Sunset is awesome here.
The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.
GGuest UserOur stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay was pretty good overall. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Disneyland, with very convenient transportation options like the shuttle bus or monorail, which made traveling with kids a breeze. The room size was decent for Japan, though the facilities were a bit dated. If you're particular about modern amenities, it's good to manage your expectations beforehand. The dining was excellent; both breakfast and the buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. It's definitely more of a family-friendly hotel, ideal for those planning a multi-day trip to Disneyland, and offers good value for money.
