Extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when they saw us with our luggage across the street, they immediately came over to assist. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was exquisitely prepared and delicious. The individual portions were quite filling. We only stayed one night in Chuxiong as we were just passing through, but our impression of this place far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay in the future.

The check-in experience exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by the stunning sea view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view—during the day you can see the sea and sky merging into one, and in the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset, creating a perfect atmosphere. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and great sound insulation. The service is warm and thoughtful, with quick and efficient check-in and great attention to detail. It enjoys a prime location with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. It offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to friends who love sea views, and I will definitely choose here again next time!

This was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Dali Shuanglang, earning a perfect five stars for the Tricolor Cloud River Snow Hotel. Built right on the water, you can open your window to the Erhai Lake. The rooftop mirrors and the lakeside courtyard offer multiple Instagrammable spots, and there's a free photographer to capture your moments – my friends were constantly asking for the location! The room hygiene was impeccable, with toiletries, a mini-bar, and laundry facilities all provided. Lying there listening to the waves and watching the sunset was incredibly healing. Throughout our stay, we were wonderfully looked after by the 'Little Bear' butler 🐻, who meticulously handled everything from itinerary planning, attraction bookings, and restaurant recommendations to last-minute requests. Attentive and reliable, the value for money and service were both top-notch. If you're coming to Shuanglang, don't hesitate – just book this place and look for the 'Little Bear' butler!

This hotel has a great atmosphere! It's clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were very nice. Maybe because it was off-season, they even offered complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. It offers excellent value for money and is very close to the Dali High-Speed Railway Station. There's also a fantastic restaurant right next door called 'Three Simao Dishes' that I highly recommend. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dali.

The boss upgraded the room for free. The hotel is in a good location, with many small shops nearby and the eco-tourism area within walking distance. There’s also free ice cream to eat. Good review!

Booked this room for a friend, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning! The scenery was breathtaking, perfect for snapping some amazing photos. The butler was incredibly attentive and even recommended some newly discovered, less-crowded spots in Shuanglang that were truly spectacular. In the evening, we rented an electric scooter and slowly rode along the lakeside. The gentle breeze was so relaxing and freeing. This trip was truly comfortable and delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to stay here!

This was my second visit to Mile, and I chose to stay at Lake Spring Hotel Block E again, mainly for the unlimited access to the mountainside hot springs. Upon arrival, I paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The view from the window was lovely, and I enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The hotel service was excellent, as always. Although Block E is a bit further from the Lakeside restaurant, which offers a great breakfast spread, it's conveniently close to the mountainside hot springs. Plus, the front desk provides a free shuttle service on demand, which is really handy. All the necessary in-room amenities are there, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a floor-standing drying rack on the balcony – no worries about wet clothes after soaking in the hot springs. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room layout was meticulously arranged, and the facilities were thoughtfully and tastefully appointed. It was spotlessly clean, looking brand new, which was truly refreshing. The view of Erhai Lake under the blue sky and white clouds from the window was breathtaking. The rooftop, stairs, fish pond, upper and lower gardens, and the music hall… everywhere was a perfect spot to let go of life's worries. You could take beautiful photos with a few friends, or simply sit down, enjoy some drinks, juice, fruits, and snacks – it was incredibly relaxing. Waking up in the morning, the owner personally prepared a variety of breakfast options, scientifically balanced, so there was always something perfect for everyone. Enjoying such a delightful meal, full of Dali's unique flavors, was wonderful. This was my first visit, and I felt completely relaxed, and my whole self was re-energized! It's a fantastic place for trips with friends or family! Highly recommend!

The B&B boasts an excellent location with stunning lake views from the window. The Mosuo Museum is right out the back door, offering an effortless way to learn about Mosuo culture. The front entrance is very close to Daloshui Wharf, making it super convenient to catch a 'pig trough boat'. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. The breakfast is hearty every day, and afternoon tea and a sweet nightly soup are delivered to the room on time. I especially want to highlight that their private chef's food is absolutely delicious! I stayed in Lugu Lake for 3 days and tried stone pot fish and firewood chicken, but surprisingly, the home-style cooking at this B&B was the most satisfying. I regret not discovering it sooner! I hope future guests see my review and definitely give it a try!

Had a fantastic stay, and the hot spring bath was a delight! This hotel is a real hidden gem! The best part was definitely the large hot spring tub right in the room. Being able to relax and soak inside was incredibly stress-relieving. The value for money is also exceptional. The price was very friendly, and to get such a comfortable stay for so little money is just incredible! The location is superb as well, very close to the scenic spots, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, and the front desk service was absolutely top-notch. This is a hotel I'll definitely be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend it!
