This place is incredible! If you are interested in the works of 𝗚𝗮𝘂𝗱í, you will be fascinated by this space. An experience that can please both kids and adults, experts in architecture and humble admirers of the wonders of the Catalan architect. Another staycation I had over the last weekend at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy’s Superior Room King with Ocean View. The room is pretty decent and spacious, considering the price for the room, with all the amenities I needed for the stay. • Its location puts itself in close proximity to shop at Parkway Parade mall where you can get some bath bombs for a bath soak or endless choices of dining options of trendy cafes, hawkers and restaurants, which are all just a short walking distance from the hotel. But if you decide to dine in the hotel, their Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant is highly recommended with their $25 4-course lunch set. Rainbow Skywalk, the highest outdoor glass skywalk, is located on the top floor of Komtar Tower, the tallest building in Penang. It's part of The Top Penang Theme Park, the largest indoor theme park, including the aquarium, 7D theatre, and Jurassic Park. I purchased the ticket through Trip.com, which is cheaper than at the ticket counter. Its an easy process, and you need to show your barcode to exchange the wristband to the level 5 ticket counter. The first experience is reaching level 65, where the observatory deck is located, you can observe the Penang Island 360-degree view from inside the building, especially when the weather is not premitted to aboserve from the outdoor. To reach Rainbow Skywalk, take another lift from level 65 to access level 68. There are indoor and outdoor restaurants and a photo booth if you like to take the picture by their in-house photographer. You need to remove your shoes when walking into the sky bridge, and usually, the staff will let you know how long you can stay there for photography. Sunset hour is the peak hour, so there is expected to be a long queue to enter the sky bridge. It's the best place to see Penang Island, the golden sunset, and experience the thrill. Afternoon tea at Xitang River View Hotel is an excellent plan to spend a relaxing afternoon in Yangshuo. You can get some small pastries served with a selection of cakes and a fruit plate with watermelon, dragon fruit, banana and melon. The first day we got a huge fruit plate as a welcome afternoon tea in the hotel. You can drink either tea or order some other hot drinks such espresso or milk coffee. The best part is the outdoor terrace where you have direct view to the mountains. #fallingforfall - Autumn 🍂 is one of the best seasons in Taipei Taiwan when it’s super cooling in the day and little cold at night! what’s more, they just reopened their borders as well! Taipei is also known for the sky lanterns 天灯 where one can write their wishes on it and set it off in the sky! Had a wonderful experience at Ping Xi Shi Fen 平溪 十分 though most people would head to JiuFen! The autumn colours are extremely beautiful in Taipei and one should take a road trip up to the rural areas even and explore more from there :) October is a perfect time as it would be the start of autumn so do explore and perhaps have your first sky lantern when you’re in taipei!
