There are 19 trains running daily between Prague and Vienna, primarily operated by two service providers: Railjet (high-speed trains) jointly operated by Czech Railways (ČD) and Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), and the private operator RegioJet.

RegioJet

Upon boarding, passengers receive a bottle of RAJEC mineral water, followed by complimentary hot coffee served from a tray by attendants. Passengers can also order food directly via a mobile app, with attendants delivering items like croissants, cakes, and sashimi to their seats. In Business Class, unlimited illy coffee is available. However, the Low-Cost class does not offer any food or beverage service.

The catering is managed by Austrian culinary team DoN, with a menu that changes seasonally, offering cold dishes, hot Austrian main courses, vegetarian and vegan options, paired with selected Austrian wines. First Class and Business Class passengers can order online, with attendants delivering food and beverages directly to their seats.
