An excellent stay, with high-standard service from our butler, Dino. He really understands the details of service, acting efficiently and calmly. All our requests were promptly attended to, and he handled everything with thorough planning. He was genuinely warm and friendly, making us feel comfortable and at ease. He always anticipated our needs and thoughtfully resolved any issues. His professionalism and kind demeanor were exceptional, making our entire stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly satisfied.

The hotel's service was really on point, especially considering the price, they even have a laundry room and fitness facilities. The room was quite spacious, and the best part is there's a supermarket right outside, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a pretty comfortable stay. If you don't have extremely high expectations, it's definitely worth checking out.

The manager on my first day was also incredibly nice and professional (she was wearing a long red coat in winter); she helped carry my luggage up to the room and gave me a comprehensive overview of the hotel. Very professional! My experience this time at JEN was so much better, perhaps because I arrived too early on my last visit. Most importantly, they turned on the air conditioning!

Our stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was absolutely perfect! A special thanks to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, and Sally from the Executive Lounge. When we checked in, Alisa was incredibly patient and thoughtful, efficiently helping us switch to a different room type to accommodate our family's needs. Her service was meticulous, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. Sally in the Executive Lounge was warm, professional, and very courteous. She ensured that snacks and drinks were replenished promptly and explained all the lounge benefits in great detail. Both ladies provided attentive service throughout our stay, demonstrating professionalism and genuine warmth, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the service is truly heartwarming. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shenyang. Highly recommended!

Definitely giving Dalian Guoshi Hotel a full five stars! The value for money is absolutely incredible. For its location right in the city center at Zhongshan Square, the price is unbeatable and much more affordable than similar hotels nearby. The subway is right outside, and there are tons of restaurants, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was instant. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. You can cast your screen to the TV to watch shows, there are plenty of charging outlets, and all the disposable amenities are provided – thoughtful details everywhere. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and efficient with check-ins and check-outs, always ready to help. This is my top pick for business trips or vacations to Dalian. You get a comfortable, excellent room without breaking the bank. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book here again next time!

I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses.

Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

I'm a local and booked this hotel for a friend. It was their first time there, and the receptionist greeted them warmly from the moment they entered. The room was spotless and tidy, and the breakfast had all of my friend's favorites with a wide selection. Although the room faced the street, the windows were sealed very tightly, so we couldn't hear a thing. It was really great and definitely deserves a good review.

This is a very professional hotel with excellent service, consistently good as always. Every time I bring my child, we always need something from the front desk or order takeout, and the robot delivers it. My child especially loves playing with the robot. A big hotel is always better; you don't have to worry about hygiene, and the facilities are complete.

Hotels in Dalian are indeed cheaper during the off-season. I chose one based on Trip.com's recommendation, and the customer service reached out half a day beforehand to confirm my check-in time. They even allowed an early check-in since a room was available, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel boasts modern facilities, including a projector. It was rainy during my stay, so watching movies on the big screen in the hotel was incredibly enjoyable. The front desk also provided umbrellas. There are many popular attractions around the hotel, and Zhongshan Square is just an 800-meter walk away. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and you could grab water freely from the front desk. They also offered coffee and honey water upon request. The laundry room on the first floor was very comfortable. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent service!
