I really want to commend our butler, Dino. Their service was professional and incredibly warm. They were humble and friendly, and very meticulous in their work. Any requests we had were quickly addressed, and they handled everything with great care and competence, making sure all arrangements were perfectly planned. Dino truly prioritized our stay experience, focusing on every detail, and proactively helped coordinate various matters. The service level was outstanding, making our entire stay relaxed and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience.

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is perfect, close to shopping and attractions, with excellent transportation links. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – not a single strange odor. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and it was so quiet at night, leading to a great night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were of high quality. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were polite, attentive, professional, and thoughtful. The price was reasonable and offered great value for money. It's already on my list for my next visit.

I booked a double room, but it reeked of smoke. They graciously upgraded me to a double suite for free, which was fantastic and made for a great experience. Housekeeping cleaned daily and it was very clean. The only minor issue was that the windows, possibly for safety on the higher floors, couldn't be opened without a cleaner's assistance. The breakfast was excellent, especially for a four-star hotel. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I requested a change of pillows because the one for my child was too soft, and they promptly brought a buckwheat pillow. The room was spacious and soundproofing was decent. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan Street, with plenty of great food options and shopping. Despite the crowds during the May Day holiday, I highly recommend staying here.

When we checked in, Alisa was incredibly patient and thoughtful, efficiently helping us switch to a different room type to accommodate our family's needs. Her service was meticulous, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. Sally in the Executive Lounge was warm, professional, and very courteous. She ensured that snacks and drinks were replenished promptly and explained all the lounge benefits in great detail. Both ladies provided attentive service throughout our stay, demonstrating professionalism and genuine warmth, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the service is truly heartwarming. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shenyang. Highly recommended!

The bathroom had an excellent wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great, perfectly satisfying different dietary needs. The cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive, cleaning promptly and quietly without disturbing guests. Any requests made to the front desk were quickly responded to and resolved efficiently and courteously – their service efficiency and attitude were flawless. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation. Nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and various dining options, making it incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The value for money is definitely among the best in its class. I will choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends. A hotel that puts such care into its service and pays attention to details truly deserves a perfect rating!

Facilities: All OK, relatively smart. Environment: Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Service: Overall, it's quite good, but there are some gaps in the management process. I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating.

Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

This is a newly opened hotel, and I've stayed at a few new places before, but this one truly nailed the odor removal – the room was clean, tidy, and completely free of any strange smells! I booked a special large room, and because they had plenty available, the lovely front desk manager upgraded my room type and even gave me two complimentary drinks [strong]. It would have been even better if the parking lot was a bit closer, haha~ Overall, it was a good experience and definitely deserves a five-star rating.

Jackie was very attentive and responsible. The room arranged for us was perfect – non-smoking and facing the sun. It was excellent. The room had a desk, which was very convenient for the kids to read. I'm especially grateful for the help with printing the kids' test papers; the service was truly superb. The robot delivery for our late-night takeout was super convenient. There's a piano in the lobby, and I never expected my child could practice piano even while traveling. It exceeded my expectations and was totally worth it!
