Choosing this hotel for my trip to Changsha was definitely the right decision! Its biggest advantage is the unbeatable location, right by the Wuyi Square subway exit. It's literally a 10-meter walk from the subway, and you can reach IFS, Huangxing Square, and Pozi Street all on foot. It's incredibly convenient for anyone who loves to explore on foot. I specifically upgraded to a 7th-floor room at check-in, and it was totally worth it. The rooms on the 7th floor are incredibly spacious, unlike the cramped feeling you sometimes get in other hotels. The facilities also seemed newer than those on lower floors, making for a very comfortable stay. The complimentary evening porridge was a thoughtful touch too – coming back after a day of sightseeing and having a warm bowl of porridge was just perfect for my stomach. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Changsha! 👍

This was by far the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Zhangjiajie. The location is unbeatable—right across from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway station. It only takes a few minutes to walk there, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, especially if you’re traveling with children or elderly family members. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel also offers laundry facilities, which was a huge convenience during our stay. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything you need is nearby, including restaurants and shops. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie with family, especially children or seniors, this hotel is an excellent choice. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews, but this time I really have to, because I'm so incredibly touched. I absolutely must thank Manager Lily for making our trip such a perfect experience. We were truly overjoyed, and because of that, my impression of this hotel is fantastic 👍: This trip was with my two elderly parents and a 4-year-old child, and I was genuinely nervous. Could I take good care of everyone? Would the journey go smoothly? Then, right at the hotel entrance, we met Manager Lily. With a radiant smile, she immediately offered to carry two large suitcases for me. She chatted with us all the way to our room, asking how we were, and once inside, she meticulously explained how to use all the lights and appliances. She even reminded us to close the balcony screen door to keep out mosquitoes. I was so happy and felt so warmly cared for – it was like drinking ice-cold spring water when you're parched, and the fatigue from traveling instantly vanished. After resting a bit, we were ready to explore the ancient town. It was our first time in Fenghuang, and we had no idea where to start. Luckily, on the first floor, Manager Lily had arranged maps and gave us a detailed explanation of a sightseeing route. She even arranged for the hotel car to drop us off at the entrance of the ancient town. And after we finished exploring, Manager Lily again arranged for a car to pick us up from the ancient town and bring us back to the hotel. With both elderly family members and a child, this trip was truly effortless and delightful. All my previous worries were gone, and the journey was completed perfectly. That's why I'm seriously writing this review. This trip gave me an insight: Beautiful scenery is certainly appealing, and hotels with elegant environments make you comfortable, but what truly touches people's hearts and makes them cherish memories is undoubtedly the most sincere service and the most thoughtful arrangements, making you want to stay forever 👍. I love this hotel. The room was clean. The lighting was perfect. Windows were nice. The best feature were the reception people. They were so helpful and lovely. One lady even walked us all the way to the Didi. Location: it’s very quiet. Not in the main tourist spot so if you like quiet, go for this hotel.

This hotel is located near Huangxing Square Metro Station in the heart of Changsha, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Taiping Old Street and the Xiangjiang River scenic belt. The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil environment, ensuring a very comfortable stay. It features fully smart services, including a sky curtain projection for entertainment and zero-pressure beds that guarantee a superb night's sleep. The hotel staff are all young, energetic, and vibrant, providing warm and attentive service. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing – you can experience the unique flavors of a 'land of fish and rice' all in one meal. This was an excellent stay and trip! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changsha. Highly recommended! ♥

The hotel's location is excellent, especially since we were planning a day trip to Tianmen Mountain and it's right nearby. We drove there, but Tianmen Mountain's parking lots fill up fast and are often inaccessible, so we parked at the hotel. It was a quick 6 yuan taxi ride to the mountain. The front desk lady was super nice and pretty, and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the hot, strong shower was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money! I'll definitely book here again next time.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Mid Gate, which helps you avoid the crowds and tour groups typically found at the East Gate. This means no long queues, direct access to transportation, saving time, and avoiding stress – no need to wake up extra early during your vacation. 4. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and provided exceptional service. They helped us plan our itinerary even before we arrived. When the weather unexpectedly changed during our stay, they quickly adjusted our plans to make sure we made the most of the good weather. 👍

This trip to Nanyue, stay at Hiyou Hotel (Hengyang Nanyue Hengshan Scenic Area), experience full marks! ✨ The location is too good: just near the Nanyue Temple, a few minutes walk away, save running, it is very convenient to pray in the morning and evening. Blessing is super intimate: there is a service in the hotel, the category is complete, there is no need to find a store everywhere, directly in the hotel, too intimate. The room is clean and comfortable: as a brand of Huazhu, health is guaranteed. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient, and the living is very safe. Warm and thoughtful service: the front desk lady is super good, check-in is fast, the hotel is quiet and safe overall, and the price is full. Come to Nanyue to play, choose this one is right, really recommend!

This hotel offers a perfect room for a family of three. The hygiene is excellent, and they provide disposable towels. The breakfast is also very delicate and thoughtfully prepared. The location is fantastic, right next to the Maglev station. When we checked out, the owner even drove us to the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly convenient. From the window, you can enjoy a quiet night view, as it's far from the noisy bar street. It's very peaceful. There are a few great restaurants if you walk towards the ancient town, though getting in and out of the ancient town itself is a bit of a walk.

The hotel is very near the ancient scenic area and has the modern amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with the luggage and even upgraded our room when we said we prefer 2 beds. Breakfast was delicious and the 2 elderly couple were very warm and accommodating. They make sure you are full and try to make conversations deapite the language barrier. Overall, this hotel is a 5 star for cleanliness and the staff. We highly recommend this to those who are on a budget but wants superb service.
