An absolutely wonderful stay! I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations: 1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet. 2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money! 3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. I even made a point to ask for their names—their warm hospitality truly reflected the hotel's heart. Huge thumbs up! Kudos to the front desk team: HELEN, TILDA, and VERA.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

🌟 Five-star review! The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! I originally booked a deluxe scenic suite, but upon check-in, the front desk surprised me with an upgrade to an even more luxurious Executive Ocean View Suite! From the reception on the first floor to the sky lobby on the 66th floor for check-in, every staff member was warm and attentive. The room was incredibly spacious, meticulously cleaned, and absolutely spotless. The high-altitude view was breathtaking, offering panoramic ocean views. I could even see the Venetian Water Town right below – the location is super convenient, very close to Xiding and WHERE·WHERE restaurants. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, and transportation isn't very convenient. However, the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. The indoor hot spring has a strong water flow, and the water heats up quickly. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring under a sky full of stars is incredibly relaxing. Initially, we planned this trip during the off-peak season to see the maple leaves. Unfortunately, it was still a bit early, and the maple leaves at Guanmenshan and the surrounding areas were just starting to turn slightly red. But the hotel's own maple trees were surprisingly vibrant and breathtakingly beautiful. Honestly, there's no need to go anywhere else; staying at the hotel is the best choice. We traveled as a family of three, and they provided a complimentary breakfast, saving us the hassle of finding food. My only minor complaints are that the mattress was too soft, sinking significantly when sat on, and the breakfast selection wasn't extensive and was overpriced. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

Overall, it's a pretty good stay! Location: The hotel boasts an excellent, bustling location right at Friendship Square. It's within walking distance to Zhongshan Square, Nanshan Road, and Dalian Department Store, making it very convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, and staying on a high floor offers even better views! Amenities: The facilities are a bit dated and the furniture shows its age, though this doesn't really affect the stay. Right after checking in, we found that the outlet in front of the bathroom mirror had no power—when I finished showering and plugged in the hair dryer, it wouldn't turn on. A maintenance person fixed it later, but the hotel really should inspect essential in-room facilities promptly. Service: First of all, the doorman was completely oblivious to his surroundings! Around 9 AM when we arrived by car, there was no staff member at the front entrance. There's only a single-lane driveway at the entrance, and during peak hours, a van was parked right outside waiting for someone, blocking our way. We honked a few times, but the van wouldn't budge, while the doorman was just standing right nearby and completely ignoring it! I honestly don't know what his purpose is. Secondly, when calling housekeeping from the room phone, you always have to deal with an AI robot first and specifically ask to be transferred to a human agent, which is very inconvenient. Next, after finishing my shower and finding out the hair dryer had no power, I called to request a replacement. After waiting ten minutes with no word, I called again, and someone finally came to knock on the door. When I opened it, the staff member didn't even bring a hair dryer; she just walked straight into the room and told me the bathroom outlet probably had no power—which implies she already knew it was broken and the hotel hadn't fixed it yet! Walking into a guest's room without asking isn't very polite, and I hope they will ask for permission first in the future. However, once she realized there was no power, she happened to run into us the next day after we returned from our outing and let us know that the room outlet had been fixed, which is definitely worth a thumbs-up! Finally, the hotel pool is quite deep! Everyone, please be careful! The deepest part is right in the middle, reaching 1.8 meters! Please stay safe!

The water activities, sauna, and accommodation experience were all superb! The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the water park had a great variety of attractions, making for a really enjoyable time in the water. The sauna area offered many different types, and I felt incredibly relaxed after a soak. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I had a great rest. It's a one-stop shop for eating, drinking, playing, and staying, saving you from back-and-forth travel. The service was also excellent, offering great value for money. It's suitable for friends and family alike, and I'll definitely be back next time.

My stay at Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping exceeded my expectations. The hotel was meticulously clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was very efficient. Any issues were communicated and resolved promptly, especially by the service manager, Joyce, who handled things with great professionalism. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and its location made getting around very convenient. It's truly perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!
