Highly recommend this hotel! 1. The best thing is its location: inside the ancient city, the North Gate leads to the food street and is next to Taigu Bridge; the South Gate connects to Taiwan Road, making it super convenient to reach all the scenic spots and food areas in the ancient city within minutes! You can slowly experience the ancient city by day and night: mornings are peaceful but full of local life, where you can chat with residents and enjoy local breakfast in nearby streets to start a vibrant day; at noon, it's too hot, so head back for a nap and scroll through your phone; at 4 PM, head out to find food or a spot for coffee and just relax; evenings are all about the hustle and bustle! 2. Hotel environment: It has a courtyard design, with flowers and plants everywhere, making it a quiet oasis in the middle of all the action. It offers the warmth of a B&B with the management of a hotel! 3. Room: We chose the 3rd-floor LOFT, which gave the kids their own space. It would have been even more perfect if the view from the balcony was a bit better! The public area on the 2nd floor is also great, you could sit there all afternoon with a coffee or tea. 4. The ancient city offers a variety of snacks, so you can spend a whole day just walking, stopping, eating, and exploring 😁 Everyone can cross中山公园 (Zhongshan Park) to 青年路 (Qingnian Road) for more food! I recommend 锦群饭店 (Jinqun Restaurant); for a Cantonese foodie like me, it's right up my alley – large portions with that 'wok hei' flavor! It has that street-side stall vibe! We ate there two days in a row. Although the rating isn't high, I've included photos, so you can judge for yourselves.

I moved here from a guesthouse on Zhongshan Street, and I highly recommend staying in Jinjiang, especially at this established five-star hotel. On the last day, when heading to the airport, the hotel can arrange a business car service. I suggest asking the front desk about reservations for this service in advance when you check in. We only found out about it when we tried to call a taxi on the day we were leaving, so we canceled our ride-hailing app and took the hotel's car instead.

Hotel is located in strategic location. It is very close to department store, walking street and metro station line 1. Hotel offers adequate breakfast and hot food. The room is comfy with big bathroom. The only downside of this hotel is no sound proof. I heard every noises from street horn, upstair, downstair and the worst of this trip was... my room is next to fire exit and house keeping room in the 3rd floor. This was so so annoying and was interrupt with my sleep every night!!!

I stumbled upon this nearly century-old mansion-style hotel during my trip, initially thinking it would just have a nice ambiance. To my surprise, the front desk staff were incredibly gentle and patient. They were enthusiastic and attentive throughout, making the check-in process efficient and thorough. They patiently answered all my questions with a comfortable and genuine tone, making me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in. There was no sense of distance at all. The biggest surprise was the hotel's complimentary Qipao rental service. The Qipaos were exquisite and beautiful, instantly boosting the photo-taking atmosphere. I didn't even need to bring my own clothes to fully immerse myself in the retro charm of the old building – a truly thoughtful touch. The hotel also has an elegant tea room where you can relax and have tea at your leisure, with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The public areas and rooms are adorned with exquisite decor: vintage carvings and antique pieces are tastefully combined with modern furnishings, perfectly showcasing the charm of a hundred-year-old mansion. Every corner shows meticulous care; despite being an old building, it's clean, elegant, and far from oppressive. The hardware facilities are comfortable, and the old building has undergone modern upgrades, ensuring a pleasant and secure stay. Overall, it's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, offering both the historical depth of a century-old residence and attentive, personalized service with delightful added experiences. This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

Great location! It's right above a food street and offers fantastic views of the sea and Gulangyu Island. Plus, it's really close to Shapowei, Xiamen University, and Nanputuo Temple. The host was amazing; they even set up my room just the way I wanted it, even though I checked in late. Thanks a lot!

Excellent, I really loved it! 🥰 Five-star review! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and check-in was very quick. The location is convenient, and overall it's super value for money. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again!

Very good hotel, close to biggest industry which is just a short walk opposite. Area is now much better than before ...food just downstairs ..kfc and Chinese restaurant in shoplots on ground floor.

This hotel is great! It is newly opened in 26 years. The green plants in the corner, the warm floor lamps, the paintings on the wall, the details are all attentive, not like the same chain hotel, too relaxing. The experience of staying in is also very good. The light and shadow, fragrance and small ornaments in the room are very stylish, like living in a carefully arranged home, quiet and healing, the fatigue of the journey will be gone. The front desk butler Xiao Zeng Nini Fangfang service is very warm and meticulous. Every corner of the hotel is good for filming, and it is not deliberately stacked with net red elements. It is the kind of comfortable and textured silence wind, and it is also very safe to live. The breakfast environment is particularly good, it is a seat around the green plants, a little foggy in the morning. Fairy air is floating, it feels great! The only fly in the ointment is that the parking lot should be rented next door. If there is no location navigation given by the housekeeper, it is estimated that it is difficult to find. But overall it is still full marks!

Huge thanks to the hotel for the complimentary upgrade to an Executive View Room! The room faced Gulangyu Island, offering beautiful scenery every day. Water and toothbrushes were delivered promptly, and the breakfast selection was quite varied. Overall, it was worth the price. The only complaint is that upon checkout, they deducted an extra 25 RMB from my deposit without notifying me. When I called to ask, they said it was for a refrigerator magnet. I recall the magnet was on the table, not in the mini-bar, and I genuinely thought it was a complimentary gift from the hotel. I checked once I got home, and there was no price indicated on it. Since I had already left, I didn't bother arguing about it further.

The room was fantastic, this is my second time staying here, and the staff's attitude always makes you feel right at home, like a very thoughtful and warm homecoming! The breakfast was rich and varied. I arrived early, and they also arranged airport transfers. Knowing I had an early flight on the day, they even offered complimentary breakfast, which I really appreciate! The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, with plenty of space. The air conditioning was very comfortable, and the quality of the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and tried their best to accommodate all my requests. It truly felt like coming home. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Jinjiang! The location is also excellent, very convenient for the airport, train station, and tourist attractions. Highly recommended!
