An excellent experience! **Location:** Very convenient. It's only a 20-minute bullet train ride away, and you can walk to MixC (for all your dining and entertainment needs) in 7-8 minutes. There's also a park nearby for a stroll. **Facilities & Hygiene:** Generally great. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the toilet had smart features. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area. **Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!

The best hotel during my trip to China. The room was clean, well-organized, and new. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied. The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important. By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff. Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

The environment and facilities are great, I really like it. The location is very convenient, right next to Lei Street. I will choose this restaurant again next time I come to Hefei. It's also very close to the South Railway Station. The breakfast is also good! Very plentiful and healthy!

This was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

Facilities: Very good, easy to use. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is quite nice and comfortable. Service: Proactive, enthusiastic, and very engaging. This is my second time staying here. The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are excellent.

I stayed at the Funley International Hotel in Hefei's Economic Development Zone, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with Metro Line 7 providing direct access to the hotel. There are plenty of attractions and shopping malls nearby; Huizhou Garden and the Oceanarium are right next door. A two-stop metro ride gets you to Sam's Club, and the Zhengda Plaza and Zhonghuan City offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were warm and polite; they even offered bottled water on a hot day. The restaurant's food was delicious, and with three meals included in the room rate, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

Location is very good. I appreciate the hotel taking the initiative to send us various images of where to go to find the hotel. Top marks for that. However the instruction to find the hotel can be improved. For example, 4 images were squeezed into one image and that image cannot be expanded. It is difficult to see the picture to identify the landmarks when one is not familiar with the place. Also instead of saying walk 50m after you exit the glass door and turn left. It turned out that it is more than 50m. A better way would be to say walk till you see the service counter and ask them for direction. The room is clean and good. However, it may not be suitable for guests who can be easily disturbed. The wash basin is outside the bathroom. If one wakes up early to wash up, the other will be disturbed. The surrounding can also be noisy.

The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

A lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.
