Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.

Guest UserThis trip to Aranya, I chose the Noark Far & Near, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's truly an ideal choice for a relaxing and therapeutic getaway.
The hotel is located in the serene, Phase 10 area, away from the hustle and bustle of the South Shore. The hotel's shuttle service is on-call, and the park shuttle runs regularly, making it convenient to get to the Chapel, Library, and commercial districts. It perfectly balances tranquility with accessibility.
As a new hotel opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious, and the deep sleep amenities truly live up to their reputation – full blackout curtains and high-end bedding ensured an exceptionally peaceful sleep. The rooms are equipped with a BOSE speaker and a smart toilet, and the minibar drinks and snacks are complimentary. Every detail exudes quality.
The public areas are designed with a strong artistic flair, and the lobby scent is luxurious. The outdoor pool, gym, and meditation space are all well-appointed, so even if you don't want to go out, you can still have a very comfortable stay within the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food, and the breakfast selection is extensive.
The service was gentle yet discreet. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the shuttle drivers were very thoughtful. Throughout my stay, there was no feeling of awkwardness from excessive service. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again on my next visit to Aranya.

Guest UserThe hotel is nestled between two mountains, offering excellent air quality and breathtaking scenery. The facilities are relatively new, and the overall decor is upscale and elegant. The service is warm and attentive, with staff members at every key location to guide you. The rooms are also very spacious. The only minor drawback is the lack of air conditioning, but it's not needed at all for sleeping at night, and it only gets hot for about two hours at midday, where the fan is sufficient. The bathroom even features a smart toilet, which was a pleasant surprise! Plus, booking through Ctrip also included complimentary access to the recreational center's bathing facilities, which had very comfortable hot tubs and a sauna. Absolutely fantastic! Oh, and there's a McDonald's too!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, perfect for relaxing and taking a stroll. You can easily walk or bike to Qinhuang Alley without needing a car. Location has always been Shangri-La's strong suit, which is why even if the facilities are a bit dated, I still prioritize staying here when I travel. While the facilities are a little old, they are well-maintained. The cleanliness is acceptable. The environment is absolutely wonderful. I even caught a wedding during my two-day stay. Since I was just relaxing anyway, I spent the whole morning watching from the balcony – congratulations to the happy couple! Breakfast was mediocre, crowded and chaotic, and the food was just so-so. The service was okay.

Guest UserThe room is spacious and clean with a balcony, with children's bathrobes, slippers and mouthwash cups, very intimate. There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. I recommend the hotel's Luyu restaurant. The dishes taste great. Thanks to the hotel butler Zhou Shuang for his thoughtful service, timely reply to the information, patient and thoughtful!

I stayed at this hotel with my kids for a Spartan race. The facilities are old and in disrepair! The food at Qinglong Restaurant isn't cheap; 58 RMB for pre-made Kung Pao chicken is an outrageous price! The environment around the hotel isn't well-maintained either.
Another bizarre thing is that the accommodation fee included tickets to a circus show 20 kilometers away, when there's clearly a circus just 5 kilometers from the hotel. If they're going to offer a free gift, why not one that's conveniently located? What were they thinking?
Jinhua Qishi tickets: I had a quick look, it was decent, suitable for young children.
Fulung Chongli Grand Circus: This one really grinds my gears! A woman claiming to be staff from Genting Ski Park contacted me, telling me she had booked tickets for the evening show. She misled me by saying: 1. It was a 10-minute drive, very close; 2. We'd have great seats in a premium area. The result? A nearly 50-kilometer round trip! And the seats were in a corner, right on the edge! If I had known, why would we have bothered going? What's even more frustrating is that when we arrived at the circus entrance, the security guard wouldn't let us in. Even after saying we were guests from Genting, the guard said he had nothing to do with Genting and that we needed to get tickets from whoever booked them for us, and we could only enter by showing the tickets. After several phone calls to this female staff member, she reluctantly added me on WeChat and sent me a screenshot of their group chat. Only after she spoke to the guard and I showed the screenshot were we finally allowed in. This whole experience was disgusting, pure hassle! The performance was just the most basic circus show – two bears, two lions, a few small dogs, and that was it... The clown was also the magician and the acrobat, and the girl selling balloons was also the magician's assistant and an acrobat... To be fair, if it weren't for such a disgusting lead-up, the show itself (as a complimentary performance) would have been decent. But if I had paid money and driven 50 kilometers to sit in a corner, it really wouldn't have been worth it.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is a bit old, but we were very satisfied with all the services during our three-day stay. We arrived around noon and check-in took about ten minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we had an elderly person with mobility issues – all our requests were met. Dining at the hotel's tea restaurant was a pleasant experience; the service was attentive, and the ingredients were fresh. The concierge was very responsive to messages and quick to resolve any issues. After checking out, the hotel even called to ask if we needed assistance in retrieving an item we'd left behind in the room. All in all, our three days were very pleasant.
