The location is super convenient, only a few hundred meters from the train station, but very quiet.
The size of the suite is very large, the facilities are brand new, the kitchen and bathroom are complete, I am very satisfied.
Particularly commendable: the breakfast was delicious.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Roman Forum, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, and just 1 minute to the U-Bahn. Extremely handy!
The room itself was decent, but sometimes the towels weren't clean and the housekeeping wasn't great. Once, there was a bit of a black mark left in the bathroom.

The hotel is very clean and the facilities are new. However, the breakfast restaurant requires a bit of a walk; after taking the elevator to the lobby, you still need to go down some stairs and exit to reach it, and the signage isn't clear. Also, there were very few signs leading to the hotel from the airport. Even though it was right across the road, it took us a long time to find the pathway, which was quite inconvenient when dragging luggage.

As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.
Good location, affordable price, everything is suitable. If you don't go to hotels in other European countries, this is the most cost-effective one. Recommended! Stay at ease!
The hotel is in the park, with convenient parking. There are not many rooms in the whole hotel, which are small but exquisite, very beautiful, and have a sense of history. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast environment is beautiful and exquisite.

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay. Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down. This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights. U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay. Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot. However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

Highly recommend!
Modern new hotel with bold design especially in the use of colors. Spacious room and reasonably clean, though I deducted 1 mark from cleanliness due to the strong odor in the corridor from recent renovation and some dust on the inside of the wardrobe, leaving some dusts on the sleeves of my jackets as well.
Excellent location, right next to the luxury shopping street and right in the heart of the city. Direct access to the S and U-bahn with escalators.
Amenities-wise, you can ring the reception to get you anything you need, even curling iron! 10 out of 10!
Would highly recommend!

KKaren Yap1201I bought a Polar Bear plush toy in Iceland for my little girl at home—a toy she wanted badly. It was misplaced by Housekeeping, whether accidentally or for whatever other reasons one might imagine.
When I returned to the hotel and reported the issue, the front desk asked me to email them. However, there was a clear lack of urgency; the email was not even read until the next morning when I followed up again. I anticipated that locating the email might be challenging since the booking was under my wife's name, which is why I repeatedly provided my room number each time I raised the matter.
Unfortunately, no one with the authority to make decisions ever attended to me or offered any proper options. This entire experience shows a significant discrepancy between the hotel’s brand reputation and the level of care actually demonstrated in handling guest concerns.

GGuest UserAlways a pleasure to go down there! Not for us it has become my stam hotel in Frankfurt: Super friendly staff, all very premature and generous service and food (world best coffee!)
The SPA is excellent - small but fine, there is nothing missing. Specially the massage beds are worth gold and there is every day fruit.
I'd like to see you again and again!
XXinzhuwanrenI stayed here before and it was good. I booked a Castel room for less than RMB2,400 when I stayed here again. The cheapest room starts at less than RMB1,500. But I was given a small room of less than 10 square meters, which was completely different from the pictures. It could only fit a bed and no sofa. I raised an objection, and she explained that there was a smaller Castel room, and then said that if you are not satisfied, you can add 40 euros to change it. I readily agreed. After 5 pm, we couldn't find food in the hotel, so we had to drive out for dinner. When we came back, we found that we had changed to a room that was indeed a little bigger than the previous one. It was not that there was definitely no 25 square meters of usable space, but at least there was room for two single chairs. There was no night light in the room, and the hygiene was average. It was raining heavily outside, and the windows could only be fully opened or fully closed, and the air conditioner in the room did not work. Fortunately, the breakfast was good.
