Amazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the picturesque Main River and all historical attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities. However, the only downside is the proximity to the train station, which can be crowded and unpleasant, especially during the night when homeless and drunk peoples are all around.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous amenities, excellent breakfast. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Close to center of town and Christmas markets which were the reason for our visit. Definitely recommend. Would stay again if I were in the area.

巴特紅堡，位於法蘭克福附近，機場開車過來二十多分鐘，從酒店步行到輕軌站大概一公里，乘坐S5到法蘭克福中央火車站半小時，每小時18，48分各有一班，很準時，交通很方便。 小鎮原來是德國有名的療養小鎮，環境很棒，夏宮名不虛傳，這幾天變天下雨，5月了穿薄羽絨服也不熱。 酒店離東正教堂，療養公園都很近，步行到鎮上的市政廳，購物街都很方便。

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, and it's quite picturesque. The tram stop is level with the tram, making it super easy to get on and off with luggage. As for the bed and cleanliness inside, it's Marriott quality, so nothing less than excellent.

The Sofitel Frankfurt Opera was a perfect experience! Its location is superb, right next to the Old Opera House and the city center, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts French elegant design, with a refined and luxurious lobby. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and quiet, and the bedding was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fragrant coffee. The service was attentive, professional, warm, and efficient. The pool and spa facilities are excellent. Suitable for both business and leisure, this truly is Frankfurt's top luxury hotel, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. We could walk to all the nearby attractions and shopping was a breeze. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but there was enough to fill us up, and we usually just grabbed a quick bite before heading out each day.

The hotel is very clean and the facilities are new. However, the breakfast restaurant requires a bit of a walk; after taking the elevator to the lobby, you still need to go down some stairs and exit to reach it, and the signage isn't clear. Also, there were very few signs leading to the hotel from the airport. Even though it was right across the road, it took us a long time to find the pathway, which was quite inconvenient when dragging luggage.

Waste of time hunting of hotel Image of hotel in term of age and layout is way different, resulted in smaller room due to the layout assign, misleading images provided by hotel Hotel is showing sign of age compare to newer hotel even if they are under non luxury category Despite a luxury hotel in branding and price, major dust was found behind the table corner Wouldn’t recommend the hotel

We would prefer the restaurant staff to be a little more ridiculous, but everything else was very good.
